Good app, but the server has to write down to entire 14-digit bar code by hand (on paper), and then type that into a computer elsewhere. That’s a very 20th-century approach.

I’ve sent several emails, as well as spoken to managers in both the Newington and Rocky Hill, Connecticut stores. There are three surveys that I completed and should have been awarded 100 points for each survey. I have not received these points. As a loyal customer, I hope this can be resolved.
