Paid for no ads, still have ads, when I click no ads again in the store it just buffers forever and never loads.

I liked the game and paid for no ads. Got ads anyway. Ripoff, too bad.
The app doesn’t give me coins after winning unless I watch their stupid commercials.

Fun game yet it is a money grab
I had fun playing this game for a while now maybe for a month or so but I feel like I have had it and am ready to delete/uninstall it. The constant spending is irritating and there are some instances where you cannot proceed to the next level unless you spend money. Currently at level 325 and I have reached my wits end. This game is very fun and enjoyable and it can be challenging which is good but the ways the game basically forces you to pay to continue advancing is not a good look at all. I wish I could find a game where I did not have to pay anything at all or at most if I would pay a few dollars every so often that would not be so bad. It feels like an endless repetitive cycle every 5-10 levels paying money to continue playing.

Too many ads no points or tools after clearing the board or watching ads
Even when you purchase the key with ad watching for 3 mins, it doesn't give you the tool & closes!
Turn off music during the ads!
I generally love this game but the awful music that you cannot turn off during the ads is just tooo much! Please, please please can you add a mute button so we have the option of turning the awful music off!
Poor support
I just got the master pass, every card pack since I purchased it has been blank and and earned nothing. Tried to contact support, sent another email with screenshots once I had them. Both returned “undeliverable”

This game has too many glitches in it. While the ad for the game appears on other sites, it doesn’t let you opt out. It sits there until I shut down whatever I’m in and I’ll have to wait until I think the ad for this game has run its course! Five minutes is not long enough, sometimes I have to wait half an hour to check back to see if the ad has finally disappeared. This game ad is a PITA!

Disgusting ads
Have asked multiple times to stop showing Wool Escape 3D ads as they are offensive & disgusting, but this seems to be the only ad they run. I'm still waiting on a reply from support. If not one soon, will delete this app.
Great but …
Great idea but far too many ads, every time you need to replay a level you have to watch a 30 second ad. Unless you pay to remove them. Totally spoils the game.

Ça bug, reste figé, le niveau ne bouge plus. Et puis les pubs restent bloquées sans plus de croix pour les fermer. Parfois, il y a une croix mais elle ne marche pas. Bref, seul moyen de s’en sortir est de signaler l’annonce. D’ailleurs, apparaissent des pubs choquantes. Merci de trier. On est sur un jeu soft, merci de ne pas y intégrer des images sexuelles !
