If you want to use this with a iPhone and iPad and download app for both it still makes you forget and re-pair each time so terrible
Vest 4 issues
Vest 4 has problems right out of the box. Requires update to charge, can’t charge without being updated.

Love the concept, the battery gets warm and the battery life goes quick when you are having a good time, the power button location is weird, I always turn it off on accident.

This thing is amazing. It just arrived. My torso really feels like I am in a deep bass night club. This is surreal. My arms and legs are not in said “club” but as I turn the volume of the headphones up (not Woojer - it’s still thumping on 1/2 of its volume)… ooO, Squee! *I forget about the feeling in my arms and legs and I am dead center in front of the speaker on the dance floor. Oh man! Let’s dance!!! The controls are well planned… 🤷 I can’t stop giggling!

Unable to connect Bluetooth headphones
The App say Bluetooth headphones are connected but disconnect the headphones disconnects. Fix now

App is moderately straightforward and easy to navigate, though sometimes has some troubles calibrating or syncing sound and shake module. Otherwise, very solid and good app overall

This is perfect for deaf individuals like me who can feel the beat. Yes, deaf people love music too - we don’t have to hear it to experience it. We feel the rhythm and can read the lyrics, which makes it just as enjoyable.

Frustrating setup but then… WOW!!!!
I was sooo close to returning this thing (Woojer Mat) but after my tech issues were resolved I was immediately sold. Love this thing. The confusing part in the setup is that in your Bluetooth settings (iPhone) the Mar appears twice. I’m going to turn on all my friends to this device. I do wish the setup tutorial was clearer.

-Crashes wherever trying to edit BT outputs

App won’t Connect
The app will not connect to my Woojer haptic strap 3. I downloaded the app and it says no Woojer in range.
Woojer Mat
I just got the Woojer mat and it is kind of a disappointment. Our family has been exposed to vibroacoustic therapy through our child's occupational therapist and we had high hopes for this mat. The vibration is not strong enough and the selection of modules on the app are lacking. We figured all of this out after my husband and I spent an hour trying to devices connected to even use the mat.
