No sirve
El código QR me llegó varias horas después de hacer la compra y haber escaneado el ticket, así que no lo tuve disponible antes de pasar la Aduana y por tanto no obtuve la devolución del Tax free.
Después de un inicio flojito por fin bien
He batallado con errores, con problemas en la app. Pero quiero decir que de momento todo bien y han resulto a mi favor los problemas y he recuperado el dinero q ya contaba como perdido
Un desastre total
No es una app ni fiable ni estable. Cuando no falla la validación, falla el reembolso. El servicio técnico te hace enviar un email con screenshots y nunca te devuelven respuesta al problema

Totalment inútil per a recuperar cap impost.
Millor canviar de botiga per a totes aquelles que et donen el Tax FREE per Woonivers, ja que despres t’ho deneguen i no reps res a canvi després d’omplir moltes dades. Ho sento molt per Esclat i la seva qualitat però estàn mal assessorats i no tenen el Tax FREE Gracies a aquesta tifa d’app.

Great in theory
The app worked the first 3 or 4 times I used it, but then it stopped allowing me to scan receipts or providing the QR can to scan at the border. This is very inconvenient for someone who frequently shops in a different country and is eligible for a VAT refund.

The app doesn’t work. Even after logging in, nothing happens. Thankfully I only bought a shirt from a store that uses this service so the tax return is small.

An easy way of getting my tax free money
This has been the first time that claiming my tax free money has been easy. Everything is done through the app and I didn’t have to get through annoying queues or processes at the retailers when asking for my tax free.

I think you can only use the Woonivers App in Spain at the moment, but if you’re travelling there I really recommend Woonivers over other competitors… speaking from experience!
