I’m use to do tax free whenever I travel and with Stamp is the first time I’m shopping with tax free and not having a tax refund. With other companies I have to pay the full price at the store and then do the tax refund which is usually a fight to try to get as much VAT back as possible. With Stamp I could pay without the VAT directly knowing the fee (in my case it was 3,99 for a purchase of 256€) and I just went to the customs when leaving Italy. Fast and simple. I really recommend it, the app also has a map with the stores where I can use Stamp.

Absolute trash
No customer service, nobody ever responds. Locked out of my account. Submitted stamped docs. What a sham of a company. Filing a dispute with my credit card.
