Update Makes Game Harder to Earn Coins
The most recent update makes in harder to earn coins. 100 extra words collected used to pay 80 coins. Latest update changed it to 300 extra words need to be collected for 100 coins. That’s 3 times more words for only 20 more coins. I understand the developers are trying to make people spend real money on the game, but it’s disappointing as a long time player. The game is becoming less appealing.

Long time fan
I have played this game for almost ten years. It is the only game I have consistently kept on my phone. I like that it doesn’t try to keep you playing with little hits of dopamine like match three games. It doesn’t have many ads and there’s variety in the game play (Daily Puzzle, Bake Off etc). Kudos and thanks to the game designers, it’s a beautiful game!

Ads for coins not working
Watch the whole ad for the coins - then it hangs at the last part and it will not give you coins - especially on the 2x and 4x coins - FIX IT PLEASE!

Pop-up birthdate screen
I have been playing this game for years and love it - all of a sudden a screen appears when I open the game that wants my birthdate. I have deleted the game and tried reinstalling it but the birthdate screen consistently appears. Does this seem correct to you or is it a virus? Any suggestions?

I loved this game for a long time. Suddenly they’re asking for personal info, to confirm my age. It’s a g-rated word game, it’s none of their business!
Used to love this game
I decided to remove this game as of just a few days ago my birthdate was required to enter the game. You don’t need to know my entire birthdate in order for me to play a game. Nope. Not gonna do it. And I’ve been playing this game for years. Ridiculous.
You don’t need to see my birthday
Will not play as long as that birthday prompt keeps coming up. Several reviews have the response that it was an error and would be fixed, but it hasn’t been fixed and it’s been a week now. Will delete.
