Bad App Advertisements that cannot be closed
I realize that these game apps make their money by selling advertisements. This game has more than its share but the game was still worth playing even with the ads. However, there are some ads like for “Figgerits” that cannot be closed after you watch the ad. You can try to wait it out but will never allow you to continue your game. You end up losing your progress on the current game when you swipe it closed and it can end your streak count. If these type ads continue to show up, it’s not worth playing and I will delete the app.

Not in Dictionary
So far after playing this game 87 times, we have encounter at least 10% of the words are not even in the dictionary. Makes this very frustrating to play. I believe these words are erroneous so that you have to use coins or watch their ads to solve the puzzle. Some examples; verry, tomoz, aline, chook, etc. Are the developers just plain illiterate? Save yourself the money and stick with the once a day NYT Wordle game.

I paid to have ads removed just before the update two months ago and then they came right back after the update.

Don’t bother
Way too many words that aren’t even in the dictionary. Too many ads. Don’t bother with this game.
Ads between every guess
Ads between every guess, make it between each puzzle and it would be 5 stars. Just too annoying between every guess.

The words may have been taken from a crossword dictionary. Many “words” are not real words found in a dictionary. For instance:

Howay
are all “words” used in the game but are not in my English dictionary. If they fixed this major problem they’d get 5 stars.

A great mental test and I am good with word games. This the one I use as it lets you put letters in out of order to stat it partially spelled.
Great game w/o ads
Updated review: sooooo, I can’t see the word if I don’t guess it right? Why??? Also, archaic and unreal words are still being used. Can’t say I like the new format, enjoyed seeing my ranking against other players. It is flashier than before, but not as user friendly.

Needs work
Can be an enjoyable and sometimes learning game, however I got the word INTL. there is no period on the keyboard to write that word so trying to guess it was impossible. Punctuation should not be part of an abbreviated word and guessing that was annoying. BAKAW was another.

No good anymore
I used to enjoy this app. Great game - hardly any ad intrusions. Now there has been a design change and ads are popping up all the time. RUINED A GREAT APP. Deleted and found a better one.

The update in my opinion ruined it. It went from a simple word guess game to a super colorful cheap effect word guess game.
Game includes archaic words
I’ve had archaic words come up like “whoso” and “verry.” These are arguably not words since they’re not used in the English language anymore. If the developer would remove these archaic words, this is a 5 star game.
Please improve the App.
At first I gave this app 4 stars. I’ve reached a run of 80 consecutive successful solutions but now some of the words are increasingly obscure and not in common usage. The one I just did was “TOMOZ” which is slang.
Some of the words aren’t in English
I like the mechanics, but I got tired of the non-English words and the word segments taken out of context from quotes. With the many archaic words it stopped being fun.
It uses slang words
There are plenty of 5-letter words in common language it shouldn’t need to resort to slang. Very disappointing.
