This has been a gem for both my writing career. This is my go to resource when I’m looking for a better word, a sharper image, a radical opposite. Love, love this app and website!
Great app
I love how many synonyms, antonyms, word forms and options there are on words. One thing I would prefer is if when switching from synonyms to antonyms I didn’t have to retype the word and search again but there is THE MOST word related information on here so it gets my approval!

Type then select a new word then app goes into never ending search. Same with the paid version. App not working - please fix or provide refund.
Fair
I have looked up many words that apparently “don’t exist “ as the app didn’t recognize. Also, in advanced word finder, fairly easy words are not put together that appear obvious, once problem solved. I would never count on this - ever. But I do use the thesaurus, which has helped me in the past when writing an unimportant note.

No toggle feature
I have used Word Hippo internet version for several years. This app makes it difficult to toggle between synonyms/antonyms/definitions.

i cannot even remember how many years ago i found this website and started using it for writing. i never realized there was an app! love love love. so much more thorough and extensive than a lot of other thesauruses out there

A Helpful Tool
After being disappointed by a different online thesaurus, I found Word Hippo. It’s great! It has a wonderful variety of words. I’ve gotten the app, and it’s my go-to thesaurus!
When I need more creative words
So many of us get lazy and use the same words. Word Hippo allows me to explore hundreds of words which is utilized in my writing. Allowing not only more creativity, but innovation. In this case, I would call it word innovation.
Love this app, BUT
It would be great if the dropdown menu didn’t require you to use the search bar to get the results. You can select Similar Words, Opposite Words, Sentences, etc., but it only refreshes after you search for the word again.
Other than that annoying extra step, the app is solid. It’s my favorite dictionary and thesaurus app because it has so many rare and archaic words.

Perfect, except….
I use this app daily. I’d love it to have a different heading color for “VERB” so I can scroll down quickly to it, easily identifying it by color.
