I loved this game until today. I would still give it a rating of 10 on the piggy bank alone. I do not like games that have piggy banks that you have to buy back what you have earned. This games gives them back for free. But what turned me off today was ads. I don’t mind them BUT today you kept showing the same 2 ads over and over for dozens of times for 30 seconds at a time. One was Word Cookies and the other was a Casino game. I have quit playing for today. Will try again tomorrow. If it’s the same I will delete this game. I really really enjoyed it until today.

Hello. Today is 11/28/20. It’s me again. HELP. I finished Villa a couple of days ago but can’t get to Studio. It is locked. How can I get to it? I’m continued playin in Villa and have points built up. Thank you
1/4/21 How can I contact support? I have completed Flats and Villa twice. BUT the game won’t go to next level. It is locked. I enjoy this game. Why can’t I move to the next building? If I delete it this time I will not reload it. Please unlock the next building Studio. Thank you
1/12/21 When will Studio be unlocked. I have completed the 2 levels before it. The game keeps sending messages to collect daily prize to help to move to next level. NOT. I’m thinking of deleting this game again. I really really enjoy this game. Please UNLOCK the Studio level. Please and thank you.

I haven’t played this game since January. I’m still waiting for you to unlock the Studio and Manor so I can continue. I love this game. I would give you a 10 for the piggy bank alone. I tried to send message to support but don’t understand how. I can only read English. PLEASE UNLOCK THE NEXT 2 STAGES SO I CAN CONTINUE. I HAVE OVER 37,000 coins and over 8200 blue diamonds. I deleted this game at least once maybe twice so I could play it. It is a wonderful game. Thank you
