I loved this game until today. I would still give it a rating of 10 on the piggy bank alone. I do not like games that have piggy banks that you have to buy back what you have earned. This games gives them back for free. But what turned me off today was ads. I don’t mind them BUT today you kept showing the same 2 ads over and over for dozens of times for 30 seconds at a time. One was Word Cookies and the other was a Casino game. I have quit playing for today. Will try again tomorrow. If it’s the same I will delete this game. I really really enjoyed it until today.

1/4/21 How can I contact support? I have completed Flats and Villa twice. BUT the game won’t go to next level. It is locked. I enjoy this game. Why can’t I move to the next building? If I delete it this time I will not reload it. Please unlock the next building Studio. Thank you
1/12/21 When will Studio be unlocked. I have completed the 2 levels before it. The game keeps sending messages to collect daily prize to help to move to next level. NOT. I’m thinking of deleting this game again. I really really enjoy this game. Please UNLOCK the Studio level. Please and thank you.

Energy doesn’t refill
I would’ve liked to play this game but the energy doesn’t refill. I’ve waited 4 days and it still hasn’t even though it says it should take 15 minutes to refill. So I’m just deleting. I don’t have enough room on my phone to fill up with things I can’t even use. 🤷🏻♀️

The game is fun but my energy never refills. I have to keep watching ads to get more hearts. I didn’t play the game for 3 days just to see if my energy would refill and it never did. Not worth playing if its not going to work right.

All levels are locked.
It’s not a bad game, but there is no game to play, just 2 levels and the game is done. If you don’t have a finished app don’t putting in the App Store. So I spent money removing the ads and now there is no game. Total fraud.
What is happening??
So many times when I go to play the game, it shows up super zoomed in so you can’t see what’s going or or super zoomed out - in which case you can’t see/read anything. Looks like this game just keeps getting glitchier. Also what happened to the $20 Amazon gift card?? You guys have way too many problems. Also, I notice NO ONE RESPONDS TO ANY OF THE REVIEWS!! 😡😡

Love this game but would really like the life thing to go away. I want to be able to play the game for several hours without waiting for my lives to refill. Please consider getting rid of this or making lives faster to refill.
