Thank you for not responding to 2 queries. As the app now won’t work at all - I get a black screen on opening it - I’ve deleted it. It WAS a great app when I had it before - but not this time round.

I’ve downloaded this game three times it crashes every few months
Stops working
I get so far and then it stops working, I have had to delete it then re-download it several times , which makes you start from the beginning. This is getting very old and very disheartening. I will stop playing this game, which unfortunate is a very fun game.

Addicting but now broken
I'm not normally a game type person, but I've been playing this every day for about 5 years. It's the modern equivalent to the daily crossword puzzle my father did. I played to completion of highest level once. The app crashes after a few months. Only fix is to delete app, load it again and start from scratch. Then play the beginner puzzles, and after a while it will prompt “log in with Apple ID” and you go to where you were yesterday.

Once you get past the very easy beginning this is a great mind stretcher! And very few ads. It gets tougher so I have never got to the end yet. If you redownload it, it starts all over.
Great for critical thinking
I love this game. All word games catch my eye but this one keeps my attention. I play it everyday, some days I play it multiple times.

Fed up!!!
Contacted them via the app about not being able to open the daily puzzles and never heard back from them. Now when I click on the app it opens and immediately closes. Tried to send this info through a previous “response” showing that they rec’d my first communication and nothing. Love doing the daily puzzles . 4/6/25 here we go again started all over and now it’s won’t open again. So frustrating.

Crashed again
Great game, wonderfully challenging. But past a certain level, the app just stops loading. I tried updating, resetting, restarting - nope, no luck, no help, stuck. The same happened a while ago and I was then keen enough to delete the app and restart all over again from low levels up. But it just crashed again, just as it became interesting again. Shame. Deleted. Never again. The end.

Frustrated
Really enjoy this game until a few weeks ago. Now I can't play the daily game and this morning it won't load at all. Still waiting for a response from the technical team.

Word Trek Issues
I have been playing this game for over four years. Every time I get close to the final level the game freezes up and will not load. The last time this happened I deleted the game and reinstalled it. It worked fine but I lost all my progress. I wish someone could tell me why this happens.
