Doesn't work on latest ios version

Just crashes, can't even open it. I obviously shouldn't have bought something updated 6yrs ago.

Poor, boring design

No thought goes into solving these puzzles; it’s entirely attrition.

Quite challenging

Very enjoyable, although it really helps to have a broad vocabulary as there are quite a lot of obscure words in later rounds. I found I just had to guess a few of them.

Don’t buy clues unless you are at puzzle 75

This game is great until you reach puzzle number 90. It’s stuck there. Maybe there are not more puzzles. Who knows?

Excellent, but one small shortcoming

Wonderful game and hours of fun!

The only thing it lacks is a solved puzzle retrospective, allowing you to examine the words and maybe even their definitions.

The way it works now, where you get an “Excellent!” and a pleasing chime, doesn’t let you check that you know what all the words are/mean, before going automatically to the next puzzle.

Still a great game, though!

Fun and costly

This game is addictive. Might there be other ways to earn hints and clues. It costs a lot to play.

Great puzzle

I've really enjoyed this, challenging but fun

Addicting!

I'm extremely picky with puzzle games and usually drop them after a minute even if I paid for it. But this one is very clever and addicting. At first it's tough to figure out how to play but once you get it, you can't stop!

Different yet fun.

I purchased this game and initially did not like it. I played around with it for a few minutes and once I got the concept, I absolutely loved it. Will definitely keep.

Word2

This is a really great game. I was so fed up with adverts on the free games that I looked for a pay word game. This one is excellent

Addictive

Very well conceived word puzzle game. Enjoyable way to rack the brain!

Challenging and fun

Easy to get frustrated even at the 4x4 level
but I love it! Set it down and pick up later. No time or move limits, no penalties for taking too long. PROS: Extra hints earned after completing levels. CONS: I agree with other reviewer re bright white scene when solved. Dimming screen does help a tad.

Fun and challenging!

I enjoy this game. Puzzles are increasingly harder so hints & clues are there if u need them but it's very satisfying to solve them without help. This is a great brain exercise!

Great word game

It's hard to come up with a new form of word game. This game is beautiful, challenging, and fun.

Hint dispenser

The ungainliness of moving tiles has been noted sufficiently by other reviewers.

The necessity of buying hints, also noted.

Interesting game. Deleted due to awkwardness and expense ($15 for unlimited hints).

Tricky

Surprisingly difficult! But super enjoyable.

Great!!

Lots of fun.

I dig it but...

Paying $1.99 for limited hints is a little lame.

Good Challenge

A little bit difficult but a good challenge. Great way to exercise your brain.

Doomed...

There are those who will pay for hints and there are people who are sane. This is a cute idea for a word game but the possibilities for words runs in the hundreds of thousands. If I was that desperate to show my proficiency with the English language, I would prefer writing the great American novel. Then people would pay me.
