Don’t install it!!!

I uninstalled as soon as installed it.it is like spying app.it needs my email and its password or my apple Id and its password for registering 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Really cool app for vocab building

This is a vocabulary application and must be judged as such, and is great for that purpose. It is not intended to teach every little detail about grammar and usage, so you'll need to supplement your studying with additional study and resources, however that can be said of any language application. Nevertheless, there is a use for filling your brain with the raw materials and basic building blocks of a language in this manner, in my opinion and considering the amount of content and number of languages I'd say the value for the money is here (up to you and I to put in the time and effort!). That being said, there is ample content (about 6,000 words per language) for a nice selection of languages and it's well-organized into levels and broken into bite-sized pieces for ease of digestion (as opposed to "here's a dictionary, have at it."). The words have all been recorded by native speakers, which is also a nice feature compared to some apps that use a subpar digital voice. There was a minor hiccup after purchasing my subscription, which seems to be a fairly common complaint in the reviews, but it was resolved within about 48 hours which is practically nothing compared to a lifetime subscription (and I was able to study in the meantime regardless), so all in all, cool app and hopefully the subscription bugs can be laid to rest permanently soon!

Thanks for your great review :-) Yes, Worddio is a vocabulary builder and it aim is to help only to expand user's vocabulary. If someone wants to learn grammar, the best way is to doing with a teacher.

Goes back to home screen when I click on it

It always goes back to the home screen when I try to use the app. I was very excited to learn French on it, but now I am kind of disappointed. 🙁 Is it my IPad’s fault or the apps fault?
Please help!

Please write us to hello@worddio.com and we will try to help you! We fix the problem and upload a new version. The problem is that your iOS is lower version than 14.0. If you want to fix the problem now just update your iOS to 14 or higher or wait to update with new version of Worddio.

Won't allow me to log in

I've restarted, reinstalled. No luck. I wanted to explore this app but I can't 😟 I'll change my review once I can start the app.

Malfunctioning

The idea of the app seems great, however it keeps freezing and takes minutes to be loaded. Every time I open the app it asks me to agree with the terms and choose my native and destination language and I keep receiving errors, causing me to close the app and enter again and go all over the same process...

skips certain words

I regret purchasing the lifetime version. There are many words that don’t play the translation and or skip the entire word and translation. Not worth it.

activation

i have tried repeatedly to activate my account but it always just takes me to the home website and then tries to make me log back in, then it won’t let me log in because my account isn’t activated! i’ve tried this with both of my email accounts and on both my phone and my computer. i would love to be able to use this app because it seems like it’s exactly my style but it may be proving to be far more effort than it’s worth

You should receive an activation email. Check for it and in the Spam folder. You can also log in directly using a social profile. We only use email from the account and no verification is required. If you still have a problem please write us - hello@worddio.com and we will help you!

I don’t get it

All the ads make this app look wonderful. When you click one the word list, all you get is a list of English words. There is no Spanish even if you click on the words. The only way to hear the Spanish is to go to the test. But if I already knew the words and was ready for the test, then why would I even be using the app?

Quite a lot of bugs

There are a lot of bugs. First, when a open the app every time I have to log in, which is very annoying. After I log in and choose learn I choose learn by topic and then the app freezes. I cannot go back I cannot choose any of the words or continue forward.
