How to cancel Wordletic subscription ⁉️

User reviews

The membership system is really ridiculous.

Very disappointing experience with Wordletic. I tried to cancel my subscription before it renewed, but there was no clear way to see or manage my subscription in the app. I was then charged for another month and told that cancellation had to be requested by email at least 48 hours before renewal. Customers should be able to easily manage and cancel their subscriptions themselves. The subscription has now been cancelled, but they refused to refund the latest charge. Very frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

É facil de usar o app

Até que enfim uma abordagem diferente. Aprender inglês ficou mais fácil. É dinâmico e eu faço no tempo que quero (prefiro antes de dormir).

Fake app

App not working at all after purchase. Contacted them by email, received several emails from different tech all saying “sorry can’t solve the problem, somebody else in the team will contact you soon”. Every email told me need to try very basic steps which I tried many times before they email me their ‘ solution’ . It’s just a fishing app, didn’t aim to a real product, but to cheat and collect money. Apple Store should remove them from the shelf.

They do not refund! It is a scam! Be careful

Are you serious?
I only used the app for one day, and I was charged $34.90 for a 3-month subscription. Now you’re telling me it’s non-refundable?
This is completely unfair. Your advertisement was misleading, and I expect a full refund.
