When will you release the keyboard update? You keep saying that it will be released shortly. In one message, you even said it would take a few days, but it's already been a few weeks and still nothing. How long will it take?
After the upgrade from Apple (the recent iPhone one), the world tune is not working on the keyboard, meaning it is not active on the keyboard. The only way is to copy the text to the app (the WordTune app) and then paste it back, so for your attention.

I used to be able to use this in keyboard, what happened? Paid for app but now it doesn’t work. Reinstalled but still not available in keyboard.

Doesn’t work
Takes over your keypad and causes auto correct to not work. It’s a mess and a total waste of money. Also they will charge you $119 per year with this trash. 100% not worth it.

Wordtune has helped me write messages especially when I’m in a hurry. It has also helped rewrite some sentences to make it sound cleaner. Thanks Wordtune!
Frustrating Experience – No Real Customer Support
I’ve been using Wordtune, and while the app itself has some decent features, the biggest frustration is the complete lack of proper customer service. There is no customer service phone number to call and no clear, visible support email inside the app or on their website. When you are paying for a subscription, you expect an easy and reliable way to contact the company if you need help with billing, cancellations, or technical issues.
Instead, it feels like they intentionally make it difficult to reach a real person. You’re forced to hunt around just to find an email address, and even then, there’s no guarantee you’ll get a timely response. For a paid product, this is very disappointing.
It’s not just about convenience—when money is involved, users should have transparent, accessible customer support. Many other writing apps provide clear help options, live chat, or at least a proper support system. Wordtune falls short here.
Until they make their customer service more accessible with a clear phone number or at least a prominently displayed support email, I cannot recommend this app to others. Paying customers deserve better.

What a fraudulent disease of an app. Not only does it not work well, but you will be charged for the rest of your life. Customer service is non-existent. SCAM, FRAUD, AVOID.

Something changed...
Been a customer for three or four years now and this is definitely my last year. Something changed and this keyboard became useless. I don’t know if it’s the model’s suggestions or the UX/UI functionality or a combination, but it no longer works as well as it used to. And now in the days where we have soooo many options, I really don’t mind opening up a separate AI app to accomplish the same goal. I no longer find value in wordtune.

Rewrites are repetitive. This app used to be so good in 2024 I don’t know what happen.

Cannot select language
The language selection is determined by region, not keyboard layout. If I want to add Hebrew to my keyboard while living in North America, I cannot do so.
Ending Premium plan
They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription and keeps charging you until you figure it out.

honestly it was better with the old layout in 2023, it was easy to use and understand and much better for my writing and my eyes. the change is confusing and actually worse, please go back. please.

I downloaded it for the $9.99 and promptly deleted it bc I used it for one letter I needed to write and it charged me over $119.99 for two subscriptions I did not agree too. Terrible app will not be purchasing again do not waste time
