Poor performance
Never ever use this app as it always causes trouble whenever try to access it.
No fix since a month
I can’t login on app and have to use website always, in which i have to login always. Please fix the app

I’ve had this for a week now and I still can’t log in? Everytime I click reset password and it says it sent me an email I check and there is no email! Whats going on?!
Future Development / Enhancement
I think Work is a great App! I work for 2 Organisations that have chosen Elementsuite as their HR Suite.
It would be great to have the functionality within the App to be able to Switch between Organisations on the Device within the App rather than having to delete the App and enter the Organisation Code.
At the present moment in time I have to do this or have the App downloaded 2 Devices (Logged in separately to each Organisation - 1 for Travelodge and 1 for McDonalds).
Could this be considered as a future Function / Enchancement?

Awful
This app is utterly useless, takes ages to load, there’s no sense to the layout. Menus inside menus inside menus? Try to do time cards and it doesn’t work, this is peoples worked hours it needs to work. And the loading wheel is off centre. Sort it out.
Slow, clunky and so 2010
Regularly takes an age to load, then displays out of date information like only payslips from a year ago and can’t display up to date holiday allowances. Social side defaults to 9 months ago and search hashtags virtually non existent. Tried posting video to timeline but just glitches out.

Honestly so bad. Launch was horrible. So hard to use. Layout is bad and just don’t recommend at all.

Asked HR to contact developer as repeatedly getting white screen. Have tried removing app and rebooting phone. Nothing works.
When it does work it’s a great app which is why I’ve reviewed at 3 stars. I’ve had no issues with this app over the last 16 months, and have been able to clock in and out as well as book holiday etc, however this issue has now been over 3 weeks and no one seems to know how to fix it.

Doesn’t load
Add doesn’t load. Freezes on a white screen. Unable to report issues on ES website. No responses to emails.

This app is no good can’t get into it most of the time only showing white screen and can’t download my payslips never could can’t even get to password stage it’s useless not happy at all it’s lucky I gave it a one star
