What's New in Work Flow Trade

1.1.25

October 15, 2026

Job numbers • Every job now has a sequential number. It shows on the job page under the description and on quotes and invoices made from the job. • Type a job number into the search on the Jobs list to find it. • Moving from another system? Owners can set the next job number under Settings → Job Numbering. Connect other software • Owners can create and revoke API keys under Account Settings → Integrations. CertMate uses this to pull job and customer details into a certificate and attach the finished PDF to the job. • Documents attached this way show "via CertMate" in the job's Documents list. Sign-in and staff • Show or hide your password on the sign-in screen, and clearer messages if an account is locked. • Owners can email a staff member new login details with one tap from their user page. Also in this update • Pasted descriptions and notes keep their line breaks and bullets. • Document uploads now say clearly when a file is over the 10 MB limit. • The in-app Help centre now covers everything added since August. • General fixes.
