I’ve been paying for this app for four years now. Up until recently I had no issues. Just like another reviewer stated I started having issues with the app crashing. I deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled, and logged back in using my Apple ID. When I logged back in all of my previous work orders were gone. After numerous emails with support, they basically told me they couldn’t help retrieve the missing work orders and to make sure and use their online account storage. They never gave any instructions on how to use this service so I canceled my subscription. I have lost 4 years worth of data. I will be using another service moving forward. If you value your WO history DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Cannot get the price or cost to be in the work order. Frustrating. Couldn’t get one work order made with any dollar values to show in the preview. Difficult to use. Deleting.
Avoid this company
Absolutely terrible customer service. Used the service and the service worked very well for approximately two years but over the past week , the app constantly kicked me out, and I was unable to create work Orders - costing me money and the support team advised me to log out of my account and when I did so, I lost all of my clients and hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential revenue in my CRM. They then just told me to use a different company, they offered no help to remedy the issue and ignored over six emails

Downloaded and created a work order in less than 10 minutes. It is simple to navigate, well designed, you can customize a background, and your company logo. It is very basic but for us that is all we need. It doesn’t get better or easier than this app folks! I don’t really NEED the subscription version but it is so perfect for me and my business that I am going to subscribe for support.
