This app was genuinely working for me at first and it never gave me an issue until now. Idk what happened during the last 24h but the app won’t let me login to see my schedule like I don’t get why tho because I’ve put my id number and password correctly but it says it’s wrong and to try again which is weird I even tried to create a new password but it won’t work either idk what to do no more.

Pretty packaging, lower functionality
This was unnecessary. At least on the ESS app, you could actually sync and desync your schedule to your calendar in a couple of clicks. Now you have to email your schedule to yourself and individually synch each day from your phone’s browser. So annoying!! And if there are any changes, you have to resend the entire week’s schedule to yourself email again and find the date(s) which have changed, resynch them, and then manually delete the old days in your calendar (unless you just wanna manually edit the calendar entry)

Ok but
I like this new app.. only problem is it should tell u when the schedule was last updated/ posted to see if ur schedule changed… taking a long update schedule from draft schedule to new schedule (for everyone).
Blank white screen
Upon opening the app, there is a blank white screen, when I tried to report the problem through the app, it’s a dead end with no working link to submit the complaint.
CALENDAR SYNC AND TEXT 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION PLEASE!!!
Ugh I wanted to love this app so much because of the more up-to-date layout and ease than the ESS app my job previously used but for the love of all things good PLEASE let us sync our schedule to our calendar and have an option for iPhone to use text messaging as a way to verify our sign in credentials!! This app is sooooo much better than ESS but those 2 issues annoy me so bad!! Please figure out a way to make signing in easier and sync to my calendar!

Glitches often and very slow
I had to switch to this app for work and it’s been such a pain. My schedule changes often at work and I need to be able to log in daily to confirm my shifts. Half the time it won’t even let you log in. When you can log in the pages are buggy or slow or both. People rely on this app to work for their job security and income.

Disappointed
So disappointed at my company for changing from the ESS app to this. More complex and can’t sync to calendar. When I click on the address, I wasn’t functioning. I don’t see any good reason for switching to this.
Login doesn’t work
I had no issue for the pass couple of weeks but as of yesterday and today I tried to login it won’t recognize my password and I typed everything correctly and also changed it but still won’t work.
Lousy app
I can be standing in the middle of my store and this app tells me I’m not at the location.
Slow App
My job made me switch to this app for our scheduling app over ESS. I gotta say this is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used this app does not allow you to sync your calendar, but also it allows you to share your calendar via email and you get an error trying to do so. At this point, I just prefer a print out copy of my schedule over this app. I like the UI design and the layout, but just the back end of the app is just terrible and sometimes slow.

Not bad but missing key feature
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us back the ability to sync to calendar. It worked flawlessly in ESS and was removed in the new app??? Why??

Worse than Before
Employer moved from Reflexis ESS 41 to this app. Was previously able to sync schedule directly to my phone calendar with one menu option. Said feature has been removed and replaced with an email link that is coded for EST only (if using iPhone and the apple calendar app the synced calendar is off by exactly the time zone, other calendar services may not experience the same issue however iPhone users make up a large portion of the population, this shouldn’t have been a problem especially since a solution existed in the older app, this app is from the same company). This is making the process of syncing my schedule to my phone calendar a 5 step process. If I could I would burn this app irl. Most barebone garbage app with worse features then the older clunky app.

The fact you force us to receive a phone call for two step identification, is MADNESS. Truly insane. Whoever you paid, to make this app, should be forced to give that salary back. I would give it 0 stars if able. This is literally the ESS app, with a different screen. The ess app, everyone hates. You’d think, you could develop a half decent app being that it’s 2026.

Disappointed
My company decided to make us use this app. Not sure why, the other one worked better. It is too hard to navigate to do what I am looking for. It doesn’t seem to sync my schedule to my calendar, and when it does, it syncs it to Eastern time that doesn’t work for me since I am in the pacific time zone. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Hard to plan around a work schedule when I don’t have the opportunity to just look at my calendar.

Terrible app glitches
My job made us switch to this app just recently and I’ve had nothing but issues it says im “not at location” when i am clearly inside the building, even after refreshing a handful of times which made me lose a minute on multiple of my shifts and now its adding up I’ve had shifts marked with a (!) when i do everything on time it never works on time with the button because of the glitches this app needs to be deleted im tired of this

I really like the app . It’s like my 4 day using but I don’t like one that you can’t save your schedule automatically to your calendar. It can only let you to send to your email which I don’t like that.

Too many technical issues
My schedule gets updated constantly and I can’t rely on screenshots of my schedule. It has log in issues and when you finally do get access half the time it’s too glitchy or slow to even navigate.
Sync???
What happened to the sync to calendar?
Why can’t I add it to my calendar?
Reflexis let me add the schedule to my calendar but this app doesn’t. Annoying having to verify my identity every time I need to check my schedule when I could just import it to my phone before.

Sync to calendar
Is there a way to sync to either apple calendar or google calendar? It takes too long for the workcloud shift app to open the schedule.
