Unconditional drop overload error
Can’t check my shift tomorrow due to error above. Yet another utter rubbish app from Zebra.
Stay signed in option
Every other place I’ve worked at has used apps like hot schedules and they have a “stay signed in” feature, would love to see this feature added due to me constantly having to use the app.

Nice update and thanks for a cleaner upload for new associates to download and use. This last year no new employees have been able to download schedule app.
A little bit better than ESS 45
Thought it was an improvement at first, but it still logs me out every day. Ok, logging back in is typically easier (one touch) but it does occasionally ask for annoying two step verification. I hate 2SV - it’s annoying and a waste of my time. You don’t need it on your own device. I did click “Don’t ask me again on this device” but a fat lot of notice it took. :-(
Biggest suggestions:
Offer the user the chance to opt out of 2SV - and respect the user’s choice.

Better that ESS45
Better than ESS45 (just) but doesn’t allow facial recognition on iOS devices. Still don’t know why you have to login every time.
Log out, log out
Just like ESS45, this stupid app logs me out every day. Won’t be using it again.
Does not work on my iPad
Same as other review comes up with red banner and wants a code why can I get it on my iPhone and not iPad, prefer pad as it’s bigger to read and navigate
Does not want to work on my iPad
I’m trying to install this on my iPad which just comes up with a red banner every time I stay in the queue code. It just goes in a loop and it comes up with device. Registration failed device a tributes or mini version not defined for this device, when you tell me that it’s capable for my iPad.
Interface issue.
Have you tried using this app on your phone yourself? When the system text size is increased, some labels and interface elements become invisible; the text is hidden behind the interface.
Login not recognized
Very hard to get login into the app when it does not recognize my login information. I have logged in before and did not any trouble getting into the app. Now I have issues getting into the app. ESS app did the same thing and this is getting old. This app needs to be updated and fixed. Not happy with this app.

Glitches often and very slow
I had to switch to this app for work and it’s been such a pain. My schedule changes often at work and I need to be able to log in daily to confirm my shifts. Half the time it won’t even let you log in. When you can log in the pages are buggy or slow or both. It’s even more unreliable than the previous app.

Terrible functionality
“Not required to switch from ESS to this new app,” they said, before forcing us to switch to an app that is somehow even more poorly optimized in every single way. Obnoxious to sign in, doesn’t sync, screen goes white, annoying to navigate. If switching apps is going to be “optional,” at least make this one worthwhile.

This app was genuinely working for me at first and it never gave me an issue until now. Idk what happened during the last 24h but the app won’t let me login to see my schedule like I don’t get why tho because I’ve put my id number and password correctly but it says it’s wrong and to try again which is weird I even tried to create a new password but it won’t work either idk what to do no more.

Pretty packaging, lower functionality
This was unnecessary. At least on the ESS app, you could actually sync and desync your schedule to your calendar in a couple of clicks. Now you have to email your schedule to yourself and individually synch each day from your phone’s browser. So annoying!! And if there are any changes, you have to resend the entire week’s schedule to yourself email again and find the date(s) which have changed, resynch them, and then manually delete the old days in your calendar (unless you just wanna manually edit the calendar entry)

Ok but
I like this new app.. only problem is it should tell u when the schedule was last updated/ posted to see if ur schedule changed… taking a long update schedule from draft schedule to new schedule (for everyone).
Blank white screen
Upon opening the app, there is a blank white screen, when I tried to report the problem through the app, it’s a dead end with no working link to submit the complaint.
CALENDAR SYNC AND TEXT 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION PLEASE!!!
Ugh I wanted to love this app so much because of the more up-to-date layout and ease than the ESS app my job previously used but for the love of all things good PLEASE let us sync our schedule to our calendar and have an option for iPhone to use text messaging as a way to verify our sign in credentials!! This app is sooooo much better than ESS but those 2 issues annoy me so bad!! Please figure out a way to make signing in easier and sync to my calendar!

Disappointed
So disappointed at my company for changing from the ESS app to this. More complex and can’t sync to calendar. When I click on the address, I wasn’t functioning. I don’t see any good reason for switching to this.
Login doesn’t work
I had no issue for the pass couple of weeks but as of yesterday and today I tried to login it won’t recognize my password and I typed everything correctly and also changed it but still won’t work.
