Shift app
Since began using this app I find it much easier to use than the old one. I hope in the future we can have an easier way to leave a message to management and corporate leaders.
Awful!
Its actually horrible… the previous app we used was better… why get us to download a worse app… the departments are not alphabetical order… it logs me out every 5 seconds and sometimes like right now it comes up with an error message.
Just plain awful.
This is app isn’t smart or what you’d expect out of this kind of app in the least. You don’t get alerts to changes which would be the number one feature that actually makes it useful. If the app needs an update it just stops working where as every other app in the world lets you know you need to update to the latest version. Calendar sync also needs to be done weekly. It’s just annoying. And I do not know why any employee would choose this as a solution.

Have to keep deleting and redownloading app to see schedules!!
This app worked absolutely fine for about a month. Following a recent update, the app just displays “loading user data” for 5+ mins. I then have to delete the app, and redownload it to see my schedule. It works fine for about a day again. Then the same problem happens the next day. This needs fixing, it’s an absolute pain when I just want to see when I am working!

This app is terrible
I have to keep deleting and redownloading the app because it is stuck on the loading screen when I am off the app for too long. It works right away after deleting and redownloading. Then when I get back on the app a few hours or days later it’s back on the loading screen for over 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

Hasn’t worked for several days. Deleting and reinstalling only fixes the issue temporarily. Unless
Great when it works
I’ve had this app for the past month or so & I was loving it. However tonight I just keep getting the endless spinning “Please wait” wheel & it refuses to do anything. I figured deleting and reinstalling works help, but it does not. I’m going to have to check with mgt to see how to request time off now since companies decided to get rid of the well tested method of logging in to the work computer & getting it done. I’m going to try again & hope I get better results.

Infinite Loading
I’ve only had the app for a little over three weeks and it’s already giving me trouble. I am trying to login to see my shifts, but the loading icon is infinite. The whole point of this app to let people know when they are working, right? It’s not doing that. It can’t even load to allow me to enter. I hope this improves.

Getting worse
App worked fine for me at the start, logged me in ect fine. But now I’ve had it a month it keeps getting stuck on the ‘getting user data’ screen and I can’t get past it or see my shifts. Atleast ESS45 didn’t bug out on me.

App never loads on properly stuck at a loading screen continuously, had to delete and re download the app to even access it , shocking needs sorting

Seriously?:(
Having to be stuck with this app for my job and it will not allow me to see my schedule. As I’m having to input my login slowly only for it to have a error message pop up and then logs me out. When I am trying to check my schedule for work. The developers need to fix these issues like why have such low rating. And not fix these issues that of us the users are having. Get it together. :(

The app needs more personalisation options
Overall as a user all I do is Read only. I generally don’t use it to update anything but I do need it to keep an eye on my schedule however there does not appear to be an option for night mode or day mode you have to rely on the phones. Options but in dark mode it’s very difficult to decipher some of the schedules so it’ll be nice to be able to toggle light or dark mode whenever you want

Unconditional drop overload error
Can’t check my shift tomorrow due to error above. Yet another utter rubbish app from Zebra.
Stay signed in option
Every other place I’ve worked at has used apps like hot schedules and they have a “stay signed in” feature, would love to see this feature added due to me constantly having to use the app.

Nice update
Nice update and thanks for a cleaner upload for new associates to download and use. This last year no new employees have been able to download schedule app.
A little bit better than ESS 45
Thought it was an improvement at first, but it still logs me out every day. Ok, logging back in is typically easier (one touch) but it does occasionally ask for annoying two step verification. I hate 2SV - it’s annoying and a waste of my time. You don’t need it on your own device. I did click “Don’t ask me again on this device” but a fat lot of notice it took. :-(

Offer the user the chance to opt out of 2SV - and respect the user’s choice.

Better that ESS45
Better than ESS45 (just) but doesn’t allow facial recognition on iOS devices. Still don’t know why you have to login every time.

Just like ESS45, this stupid app logs me out every day. Won’t be using it again.
Does not work on my iPad
Same as other review comes up with red banner and wants a code why can I get it on my iPhone and not iPad, prefer pad as it’s bigger to read and navigate
