Poor experience
The locations for events are only available in the app. I spent 5 minutes trying to find the room my session was in that I was pre-registered for, when I was finally able to find the room (still 5 minutes before the session started) they told me that the room was full and I couldn’t go in.
I expressed my frustration that the agenda didn’t show me the location and I had to have three different people point me in the direction of where to go to still arrive early and they just said the room is full, and if you download the app it tells you where the sessions are instead of using the website.
This content should be on both places and now my first day is entirely session free. For such a large expense this is not a good experience.
