Doesn’t open

Since the workforce app has constant issues meaning my staff often can’t clock in. Downloaded this app to solve this issue but it doesn’t open on an iPad so back to square one.

Won’t load

Tried to sign up for an account. Screen goes blank after I follow all the steps and I get the “account created” message. Will check back later to see if fixed.

Needs another feature

The business recently switched to Tanda but one of the features this app lacks is the ability to change roles or teams.

When we sign in on the IPad at work, all we are doing is telling work that we have signed in. Management would then assign us our roles back of house to be paid the correct award.

The iPad (what this app is on) should communicate to the BOH Tanda and allow us to sign in for roles. After you put your passcode in it should say “your name: role”. However it doesn’t do this.

This is slightly problematic for the business when changing roles during the one shift.

For example on the old system, if I were working in the bar and need to do maintenance for an hour or two I used to just changes roles on the computer where we signed in. This would automatically change my role and pay the new amount for however long I was going maintenance.

This app doesn’t have this feature and it would be easier for us if it did.

Secondly, we need a way to turn off the “why have you signed in early” question it is unnecessary for our purposes.

Otherwise it works very well and I would recommend!

Great app

Easy to use. Just what you need!

Worked well until it was time to end subscription

I used Tanda for many years, and actually recommended it to peers. Due to Covid I had to reduce staff and was diligent about managing Tanda. When it came time to close the business I reduced all staff but cannot close account. I continue to be changed monthly. I realize it is only $5 but I‘ve already wasted over $25 in the nonsense. I am starting to feel like I am being scammed. User BEWARE!

Best app ever! Has made my life easier!

One of the best things Ive done employee wise is getting a time clock. Its super easy to manage. No paper time cards, no mystery times, all clock in and outs take a pic to eliminate funny business. I bought a tablet and mounted it on the wall so it had a dedicated accessible device. If they are in the field I could enter their time manually. Bottom line best decision ever!

Can’t get past the setting up my existing account

The iPad app won’t allow me to log in! I put my details in and it identifies my store but won’t progress past the optional nickname screen. Please fix this app!

Efficient, Multi-featured, Well Developed, Sleek UI

Been trying out different timestamp apps / programs. This one is great. Took a gamble on the no rating display but I’m glad I did.

Very efficient blend of user friendliness and product features. Integrated smoothly as well into other applications to suit a wide variety of purposes.

Personally, I find the discrepancy readout (how much time over/under schedule with included pay calculation) and the upcoming shift features particularly attractive with this app. I think I’ve seen seen it elsewhere, but nowhere as well designed and implemented as here.

Highly recommend trying it out. 14 day free trial provides plenty of time to make an accurate decision for yourselves.

Works great for me!

Not really a free app.

Despite there being no reference to In App Purchases, nor a purchase charge, this app appears to be only a 14 day free trial. This limitation is also not mentioned.

Needs updates

This app needs improvement. There is heaps of crashing and freezing, unable to connect.
Disappointed.

the whole tanda thing doesn't recognise my email when I try to log in, but I get emails from them all the time regarding rosters.
