Unnecessary Update

App was great now the interface is confusing and having glitches

app was great but now bad

every time i try to add unavailability it boots me back to the home page and also ever sunset the update it’s just ten times harder to add unavailability, please fix this and change it back to how it used to be

Glitching

The ap was working perfectly however it seems there’s been a change to how availability requests are logged and worse, it’s actually booting me out of the function! I can’t even see my pending requests now. I’ve tried to look for how to fix it but can’t get answers from Tanda so leaving a review instead!

Awful update

New availability tab is AWFULLLLLLLLLLL

New update is terrible

The old UI was fine, no idea why that was changed but the new UI is terrible - have to relearn it all because it’s hard to navigate. I can’t even put in leave that lasts longer than one week without it glitching out and taking me back to the home page.

So I had to put in 2 blocks of one-week leave. I can’t even put 15 days because you can only choose between 14 days or 21. You can’t even put one day of leave until 14 days before that specific day you want. this is just plain stupid, people will forget to take their leave. why do this when we can do it in advance?

If there is an actual proper way to put in unavailability for however long you want, it wasn’t communicated properly.

New update is awful

The app was fantastic before, good design, understandable, would’ve given it 5 stars, and much praise for the previous version. This new update however is unusable. The “availability” tab is incomprehensible and so overwhelming, it was perfectly understandable and functional before, there was no reason to change it, it benefits no one. Please change it back.

New update is broken

New update broke the navigation system. App is slow and buggy. The new system to set unavailablity is so confusing and broken it takes ages to load up and is super slow

Navigation update is completely broken

We have 2 navigation bars now with some buttons navigating to a 404 not found page and now it fully reloads the page instead of only the info on the page. Awful experience

Availability page

The way the availability tab is set out in the new update is horrible. Many of my ongoing and upcoming unavailabilities are missing, the reasons are all mixed up, and adding new ones are confusing. The old layout was so much simpler, please change it back.

Fix the problem

This latest update is clearly a nightmare as it has a lot of lagging & errors when using it. Please fix it.

Vibecoded Slop

Should really be banned from the App Store with how many silly bugs and issues there are with the app. I can tell it’s either vibecoded rubbish or stupid underpaid developers

Not recommended!

This app is extremely frustrating to use. It crashes very often, especially when trying to clock in or out, which is unacceptable for something connected to work hours and pay.
On top of that, the app rounds working time to the nearest 10 minutes, which feels unfair and inaccurate. Employees should be paid for the exact time they work, not rounded amounts that can reduce hours over time.
What concerns me the most is the biometric data requirement. The app asks for sensitive biometric information, but there is no clear explanation about why it is needed, how it is stored, who has access to it, or how it is protected. For something this sensitive, transparency should be a priority.
Overall, the app feels unreliable, poorly designed, and lacking proper privacy communication.

So glitchy and useless

Remove someone from a roster and then it not pushing update to the mobile app.
having staff show up for work when they not actually on the roster but because it hasn’t pushed to the app.
For support to say when u remove a rostered shift u then need to get onto a pc to republish so it pushes to the mobile app!

Can’t log in

I’m 100% sure that I’ve got the right login details but it doesn’t let me in. It doesn’t even say if the password is wrong. I click on the reset button but no email was sent to me. Poor quality app that wasted my time.

Expensive then Accounting software

Very expensive for less then 10 employees, they will minimum charge start at least 15 users, not recommended, there are many other alternatives

Absolutely terrible app

This app is slow, hard to operate and unhelpful. Can’t believe that it’s rated so highly
