About

Working Vermont is a private community platform built for a new group taking shape in Vermont. Stay connected with the team Post updates, share resources, and keeping the community informed — all in one feed members actually check. Pin important content so it stays visible. Turn talk into action Create polls, events, and action items members can respond to directly in the app. See who's in, who responded, and who still needs a nudge — without noise, distractions or member privacy concerns. Reach beyond the walls Share posts with people outside the community using smart share links. See exactly how many people opened content and track outreach over time — without collecting personal data on member contacts. Stay organized Team channels keep conversations focused. Upload documents and make them available to the right teams. A built-in calendar keeps everyone on the same page. Built for trust Invite-driven. Communities control who joins and how. Content is moderated by community leaders, not algorithms. Member data is never sold or used for advertising.

1.2.8

Tasks — Team leads can now broadcast tasks to their teams. Members accept what's relevant, track their own progress, and leaders see who's on it. Recurring Events — Schedule weekly or monthly events. RSVP for a whole series or just a single date without losing your standing answer. My Queue — A new home feed tab surfaces your unhandled actions, open tasks, and events in the next 48 hours in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks. Team Avatars — Give your team its own photo or icon. Initials fallback keeps things clean when no image is set. Add Graphic — Build a custom 1:1 graphic or meme directly inside the post composer. Pick a background, drop in text, post it — no external tools needed. Sub-teams, calendar improvements, and bug fixes throughout.
