4 star ,minus one only bc of one issue
The app is useful and much cheaper than making direct international calls, and I really like the ability to top up and stay connected with friends.
However, I have one major concern: when topping up, the subscription/recurring option is selected by default. It is very easy to miss this, and you may not realize that you are signing up for a recurring charge until you are charged again later.
I believe this should be changed. The recurring subscription should not be pre-selected. Customers should have to actively choose it themselves, with the price and recurring nature clearly displayed before payment.
The service itself is good, but this billing practice feels misleading and can result in unexpected charges. Please make the default option a one-time top-up and require customers to actively opt in to a subscription.

Thanks for pointing out the default recurring selection during top-ups, that unexpected opt-in is a valid concern and I’ll share this suggestion with the team to consider changing the default to a one-time purchase and making recurrence clearer. Thanks for choosing BOSS Revolution

Grateful and some suggestions
I get to refund my accidentally bought plan. The customer service agent was so nice and supportive. But I would like to recommend you guys to add more minutes when calling to Eritrea. Or may be some holidays promo Codes.
