Marvellous App

This is the best app I have found so far to track my shifts. They thought of everything. In my case, the option to track tips and wages, pay period, etc is extremely helpful but they have other options to track mileage, expenses, breaks, holiday pay etc. I'm not sure I can think of anything to make this app better, except maybe a function in app to tell automatically how many total hours were worked per pay period, so I don't have to add each shift in a calculator outside of the app. :) It's a minor issue. I'm still giving 5 stars. Otherwise checking the accuracy of my paycheques and calculating my earnings is a breeze!

Remembers clock punch; not notes

Simple design
Just doesn’t hold notes.

Pretty good - Needs work

Overall I like the app. I add my shift at the end of the day. This works well. I am also able to add breaks which can sometimes vary. Breaks are the same amt of time but if your computer goes down we have to clock out and don’t get paid so I need to be able to manually enter break times. I also like I can see ytd hour totals. Our work week starts on Friday (stupid) so I like that I can start the work week any day if the week. Our OT runs on a Mon-Fri schedule so I had to turn OT off. I wish there was a way to set OT as the week starts on Monday but the pay period/work week starts on a different day. I also do not like that there is no way to sign in or back up my data. So if or when I change phones my data is lost. Even if a sign in option is not available just being able to sync to another device or export data to my email would be great. I don’t really want my data stored on the app owner servers either.

Insufficient

Your app needs to have overtime hours for one rate over 8 hours.
Another rate line for another rate after 10 hours.
hour box for first overtime rate like 2 hours at time&half and another line for double time after 10 hrs
Rite now there is a clock so I can’t set my hours of rates for hours it needs to change at.
Should be able to put in my rate for 8 hrs
My rate for 2 hrs at 1 1/2 rate for 2 hours
My rate for all hours over 10 at 2x rate.

Great to track work hours

I use this app to track work hours and verify pay is correct. Suggestions to improve: Set default unpaid break duration in settings so it doesn’t need to be entered daily. Improve time input so changing start time doesn’t reset end time or break, change time picker from wheel to inline.
