Great app to log workouts and meal

After checking out a few other apps, I landed on this one—and I’m really glad I did. It’s a great app with lots of useful features, especially the ability to log both workouts and meals in one place.

As a beginner, I sometimes find it a bit difficult to search for workouts while logging, and the exercise icons feel a little small. Fixing a few bugs would also improve the overall experience.

That said, it’s a great app to get started with. Keep up the good work!

Great workout app

I’ve been using this app to track my workouts, and it’s been incredibly helpful. It has a large library of exercises with videos and clear descriptions, and it lets you easily add sets, reps, and new exercises mid-workout. The progress tracking is great, you can quickly see what you did last time, and the workout timer keeps everything organized. I also like that you can create templates and that new features are added regularly. Highly recommend this app!

You need this in your life

As complete and accurate a tracker as I have ever found. Huge list of exercises and Watch app makes it easy to enter sets. The developer is super responsive and integrates feedback into the app. What more could you ask for? The insights the app gives into my workouts and ways to improve or supplement have been really helpful as well. It’s a fantastic app.

Better than the other log tracking apps

This is worth the 5 stars, better integration with Apple Watch with the heart rate monitor, step counter and calorie counter all in one. As well as includes better exercises based on your equipment. Leave your comments/email the devs and they’ll happily respond back.

Great app

Really like the UI. Easy to build templates/workouts. Sync between iPhone and Apple Watch is automatic. Feature requests: Complication for Apple Watch and manual cardio workout logging please.

It lacks videos nor instruction per exercise

It doesn’t offer any guidance nor video per exercise , it’s like a tracking shred only

Ui needs an important

Logging workout is good but need an relook for it the app seems so congested

Easy to manage workouts

The app is super convenient to track reps + sets for workouts over using a notes app. Plus the ease of seeing history of all your workouts and integrations with Apple Health and Apple Watch is so useful

Better than Strong App

The dev keeps updating the app and making it better every release. I love how they updated the UI to make it cleaner and more modern. I do need a way to export it to google docs.
