Simple & no subscription

Simple & no subscription . No subscription is a refreshing change . Inexpensive easy app

Not individualized, no variety

Exercises were the same for each profile that I used. Programs were too hard for beginners. No customization. 50+ reps for many. Not what I believe will meet my goals.

Response from developer

I'm sorry to hear this won't meet your goals. Each question answered has an effect on the program (exercise selection, rep counts). Maybe because the warm-ups can be similar between some workouts they may appear similar at first but the programs and workouts are customized to your answers.

Great workout, needs FAQ

I really like this workout app. I especially appreciate not having to create an account so I can use it, which is why I instantly remove other workout apps after purchasing them. The workout includes stretching and strength training, and from what I can tell, you just work out for as long as you wanna. The one thing this app does not have, which would be very helpful, is an information page that the user can refer to after initial settings have been established. I can’t go back to that introductory page now that I established my preferences. I would really like to know how long the workout is supposed to last. It would also be helpful to know the best form for the exercises so I can be sure I’m doing them correctly. I hope that the developer will address at least the information page in an update; I’m sure I can look up correct form online. There’s not a way to contact the developer to ask about these things, otherwise I would send him a message saying how much I really like his app, including these questions, rather than write a review that sounds like I’m complaining. I’m going to keep using the app and let those considering getting it know that it offers a pretty decent workout and is worth including in their library.
