I really love having this app because it motivates me to start working out in places that I know I've been neglecting! I feel like its my own private coach reminding me to keep at it! The different levels make it easy to find where you should start and then slow advancing helps ease your way into improving yourself!

There is a free 3 day trial but that’s to less to know if it’s working or not.
You either pay £7.99 a week or ~£26 for 6 months.
Which makes you question that the first 7.99 is a pathetic price purely to get you to buy for 6 months. As the 6 month price comes to £0.98 per week as per there payment screen.
Deceptive nature really doesn’t sit well with me. What if there workouts are the same.

Really enjoy the app
So helpful!!!! I use the app daily, since I can’t make it to the gym due to lockdown.

You have to pay lots of money it’s not worth it people. Just get a different app that is actually free!!

Does not work
App does not work, filled in all my personal details and subscribed for 6 months. However as soon as they take your money the app does not load and continues to stay on the page. COMPLETE SCAM. I WANT THIS FIXED OR A REFUND!!
No background music & did not count down
The app overrides your music with only the sound of nothing and counting down to the next exercise, if it even counts down!
The app failed to count down on 2 of my exercises so I gave up.
They expect you to pay £60 every 6 months for an application that does not let you play your own music & does not even work...
I assume most of these reviews are fake or done before they broke it?
