Why isn’t zero starts an option?: Misleading, Annoying, and Basically Useless App

1. Relentless Review Requests
I’ve had this app for less than 10 minutes, and I already want to delete it. Every time I exit the “History” tab, I’m immediately hit with another request to rate the app. Not once or twice — it happens every time, without an option to say “maybe later” or dismiss it permanently. It’s so incessant and irritating that it completely disrupts the user experience. If you’re trying to encourage positive reviews, this is the worst possible way to go about it.
2. Confusing Content Organization
Under the “Exercises” section, there’s a heading that talks about bodyweight workouts, but the routines listed underneath aren’t even bodyweight-focused. It’s disorganized and misleading, and doesn’t inspire much confidence in the app’s credibility.
3. False Advertising
The app’s title — Workout Planner & Fitness Plan — suggests that it will create a personalized workout plan based on your goals, health information, and fitness level. That’s not what this app does at all. There’s one static, demo-style workout with no customization options and no actual “planning” features. It asks for your height and weight but doesn’t do anything with that information. Unless I’m missing something major, this is essentially just a generic sample routine — not a planner, not personalized, and certainly not worth subscribing to.

Final Thought:
Between the aggressive review pop-ups, lack of real functionality, and misleading title, this app feels more like a half-baked prototype than a useful fitness tool. Save your time and look elsewhere. But hey, if you’re into apps that exist solely to ask for praise while doing absolutely nothing to earn it, this might just be your soulmate.
