Perfect and simple

This is really nice for tracking things and just really gives you all the necessary information as well as being completely free
I will be recommending this to everyone

It’s also really nice for me as someone who doesn’t really enjoy the gym because I can check off the things throughout the workout and its a bit of motivation

Good but has bugs

My go to app to track my workouts. Has some bugs though with the timer not showing up when playing music on the top of screen. But other than that great app

Great app!

This is a concert useful and configurable lifting app! Thank you!

Not what it used to be

Used to love this app worked perfectly now for some reason i don’t get live activity notifications anymore and the timer resets if you go off the app.

Fantastic app!

Really simple app that works great for tracking workouts, rest timers, and progress! Can’t workout without it now!

Just about exactly what I was looking for

Exactly what the label says, a simple tracker/planner that lets you pick your exercises and have multiple routines rather than every single other one that lets you have 2-3 then paywall, this one gives the option to support if you can, but doesn’t hide features away which is amazing

the one suggestion I have, when preparing a routine if there was a select feature so you can pick 4 or 5 exercises at once rather than selecting them individually, it’d be a slight quality of life addition

Fantastic

Genuinely one of the best workout trackers. No bloat, no lag, no annoying pop-ups or ads, no account creation or management, extremely fast and smooth. Very easy to use during a workout and in planning workouts. Integrates with Apple Health which is a nice bonus. Thanks for creating this!

Excellent and free !

Really happy to find a free app to log all my session !! I definitely give a tip to support this app !!

best free workout app i’ve tried

title says it all. free, no ads, tons of workouts and the ability to create your own too.

Great App!

Great app, perfect for tracking workouts. Easily able to add your own exercise if it’s not listed in the App Library. Comes with a rest timer.

NO ADS!

Highly recommended.

Fantastic app, issues with Liquid Glass update though

I’m sure they’re working on it, but Liquid Glass hasn’t been too kind to this app. I’m on a iOS 26.2 iPhone 16 pro. Before this, never had a single issue with the app. Since then I have been unable to adjust rest timer or add workouts once I start one.

Awesome free app

Thanks legend just what I was looking for. A basic app that can track my workouts without unnecessary features.

everything i’ve been looking for

i’ve been tracking using paper/pen because I wanted an app that tracks my workouts without a bunch of extras I don’t need and could never find it. This app is what I have been looking for for so long and it’s been amazing using it.

The best!

Amazing app that makes it simple to track workouts without all the unnecessary features and distractions.

It’s awesome that it’s free but is definitely worthy of being paid for! The developers really listen to user feedback and care about a easy and functional experience

Best workout tracker!!

I was just starting off my fitness journey, and really needed an app to help me track my weights, reps, etc. I didn’t want to pay for an app, especially as you never know if you’re going to keep up with the journey lol! This app has been absolutely fantastic at helping me track everything! Additionally, it has a LOT of information on the workouts, explaining what they target, how to do them, etc. On top of that, it allows me to create different workouts, so I can organize my workouts for leg day, arms, whatever! It’s free, but I pay for the subscription (a mere 99 cents per month for an app I use constantly!) because I have a lot of respect for the developers as well as their constant efforts to take user feedback into consideration!

It would be criminal not to leave a review!

This app is fantastic! Its design is clean, intuitive, and easy to use without any of the clutter that usually overwhelms you. On top of that, the developer is very engaged with the community. The app even has its own chat page where users can share feedback and ideas. You can tell the developer is genuinely invested. From the app down to his reddit engagement. So thankful I found this app from Reddit! I really like it, a lot. I’ve only been using it for two days, but I’m already blown away by how impressed I am. Will happily support development of this app as it clearly shows a real commitment to creating something valuable for its user base!

Free!

The app being FREE and actually useful is a big W!

Best Workout Tracking App

No frills or complicated hoops to jump through. Found the app through Reddit. The developer was actually out there spreading the good word on this app. Beats them all for workout tracking.

This is the best app on the store!

Seriously, it really is the best app! Works perfectly, no ads, no half a gig of fluff and completely free. Also, if you have a suggestion, the developer gets onto it straight away. Thanks man! I will be paying you a nice tip for this.

Love This Free Tracker

I recently started using this tracker for my lifts to ensure progressive overload, the only thing I don’t like or rather wish it had is the ability to see the reps I did for my heaviest set not the most reps I did for any set as I often do the same number of reps for my warmup sets and then go until failure for my top set. It would be so useful to add a warmup set feature or a top set feature to track only the important set reps on a graph. Other than that this app is super simple, easy to use, and free.
