Fabulous and always evolving
I’ve been using this app for about six years, and one of the things that has impressed me most is how much it has evolved over that time. What originally felt like a platform designed primarily for workplace recognition and improving employee morale has grown into something much more versatile and customizable.
The app can now work well for all kinds of communities and organizations, from university student groups and homeowners associations to niche fan clubs and other groups built around a shared interest or purpose. It gives people a central place to connect, stay organized, share updates, and recognize individuals or groups doing great things within their community.
I especially love how adaptable the platform has become. The customization options make it possible to create a community that really fits the people using it. After six years, it’s been great to see the app continue to grow and become a platform that can bring together so many different kinds of communities.

Fix the alert status!! The number is growing!
Cannot clear notifications
Can’t clear notifications within app.
Badges stuck
Notification count badges get stuck. Can’t find a way to mark notifications as read in order to get rid of the badge. So I’ve deleted the app.
Sign in issue
Trying to sign in using my gmail but every time i type down opt it’s saying I cannot use personal email address or data cannot be reached

Newest update
This newest update wants an approval code which makes zero sense because I’ve already done that when I first got the app through the company Macy’s. Now it wants a new code and only able to use a work email address which I don’t have. Fix this!

Please fix this app
Please make another tab or something in the app for posts OTHER than recognitions. People are using it to post literally anything and everything, and tag the entire company in it, so you get a million notifications and have to weed through them to figure out if they’re actually for YOU (like it should be). People are using it like Instagram & it’s annoying. It’s lost the personal touch of receiving a recognition.

Clean Design and User Friendly
I love using this tool to recognize my coworkers on the fly. The desktop site is great, but this allows me to provide timely recognition and get notified with time sensitive company announcements right from my phone. Definitely recommend this to any company that wants to drive a culture of positivity and appreciation.

App broken please fix
Keeps force closing. I force closed my phone, deleted app then re downloaded. Tried everything I could think of and still won’t work. My phone has had two updates and this app still won’t work. Edit : 2/20/23 still does not work my phone has updated for a 3rd time since this app has been broken. I deleted app. Re downloaded and still does not work. Fix this app. 3/21/23- still unable to get into app. Still doing same thing force closing.
Update: 5/12- still unable to use app just tried again today by reinstalling and still force closes. Please fix this app. I always used it for work.

Unable to Use
Still unable to Log On. App prompt says “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” When I try to input an access code, the text boxes are unusable.

Pride and progress.
Work proud is a great platform to recognize fellow colleagues. I believe it builds self-esteem. It is also a great tool for acknowledging achievements and inspiring a change in culture.

This app only goes by what’s on your legal documents. There’s no edit button to change that, or preferred name to go by.
