Everytime I get ANYTHING from here I LOVE it. Foods great
I had to add in my credit card by hand. WTF.
Not only do they not accept any form of payment aside from cards, I can’t even add my card
Glitchy
This app has been improving pretty consistently since I started using it. There’s even a little spinning works logo when it’s loading!
Along with the BLT on a cheese bagel toasted they have the best power bowls. 12/10 recommend !
After the last update I am no longer able to use my rewards points when placing a mobile order.
Always good
This is the best place for breakfast and lunch.
While this may seem like a great time saver to order ahead of time and pick it up, it was not! I ordered an hour ahead of time to pickup at 12:10 and my one singular sandwich was not ready until 12:35. This was a waste of time to order online. People who came in to order in person after my scheduled pickup time still got their food before me. Would not recommend.

I generally enjoy being able to order on your app, but it’s frustrating when the dishes are sometimes described differently in different places or when the customization choices don’t match the dish— eg quinoa with Salmon. Also, the lack of a notes section makes it impossible to fill in those gaps
I LOVE The Works, especially Rachel D in Portland, and I’m so glad the app is live and easy to use! Food is incredible and love the people!!!!! Thank you!
Never a bad experience.
I ordered a toasted multigrain with veggie tofu and was really disappointed today. The bagel tasted old and the cream cheese was not veggie. You can do better than this!
Kind of like the local version of Panera. Not bad, not fantastic. Serviceable. I wish I could order soup on the app.
There’s no way to redeem points. Have tried many times and no one at the local store even knows how to. Idk why the company hasn’t fixed this
Unable to redeem points I have acquired using the app. Id use them in person but they’re only available to apply them when ordering through the app. Very frustrating.
Let’s me order ahead and minimizes my time standing in line...
And now the app requires card information upon purchase every time. Thumbs down. Sorry bagelworks.
It’s been really helpful to be able to order and pay online while we’re social distancing. I see occasional fixes and updates that make it better all the time. Glad it finally came to my local Works cafe!
