Expensive and unreliable - avoid
Booked on a leiths course, doesn't show in library, no response from support chat bot or email , no contact phone number .. thought it was a great gift - terrible experience so far

This App was very easy to use. I liked being able to manage the videos to follow the recipes. I liked the option to print it all out in advance. It was easy to upload and see what everyone else was doing. I liked the feeling of community in the group and the individual feedback every week was super helpful. Thank you. I loved it.

Seems to work well - quick response from your team re a problem . Nothing beats face to face tuition but this is a good second . Really enjoyable! I have learnt a lot without the stress of attending a class

Almost unusable
The app keeps failing all the time. It doesnβt load content properly. Your comments disappear. It fails to post or posts the same thing multiple times, image uploads are constantly failing too

Good content but could do with some technical upgrading
I am doing a cookery course that uses this app. The course content is good, just the odd typo. However the technology it sits on is ok rather than great. It has some difficulty synching to be always up to date with your progress if you use multiple devices and it is clunky if you want to hop around - for example go back a little rather than to restart the segment.

Really easy to follow along and also pause. Sometimes it is annoying when it turns off so that could be a good feature

Well paced sessions. Informative and quality production. As someone who doesnβt enjoy cooking I have found the method of mise en place suits my style of working. Each meal was tasty and nutritious. Looking forward to the rest of the course.

Content
I find the app really useful. - except for writing long answers. Content can be lost with a single touch of the screen which is frustrating when a lot of facts need entered.
