Workspace Sync delivers your company's directory to your phone — and keeps it always current. When your organization uses Workspace Sync, the colleagues your administrator has shared appear on your phone: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department. No manual adding on your part. As your company directory is updated — people join, change roles, or update phone numbers — those changes flow through to your phone. If your organization uses Workspace Sync, your colleague directory appears immediately. No setup required from you. PRIVACY & DATA We only sync directory data your administrator has chosen to share. Sensitive fields — internal phone extensions, manager hierarchy, custom HR data — can be hidden by your admin. We never access your personal email, calendar, or files.
