App constantly logs me out and doesn’t even have an option to save the password, absolutely horrible

Easy to use and intuitive!
90% of candidates don’t show up.
I have used workstream at different restaurants now. Although it is easy for the management point of view, I would say that 1 of 10 candidates show up. The app should have a way to review the history of applicants and if they use to not show up to interviews constantly. To prevent this I have to do it old school and call the candidates directly, which defeats the purpose of the app

Really bad
Easy to use BUT there is always an problem
My company has been using WS for about 4 months. Since we switched to WS from our old platform there are constant issues we are contacting support about on a weekly basis. It is VERY frustrating to us recruiters. Most recently ALL of our candidates were deleted from our job pipelines. This is a widespread issue effecting multiple companies. I will say support is very helpful when issues arise but these issues should NOT be happening. I would not recommend this system to a company for recruiting and hiring needs.

This is a great platform, intuitive options and intelligent build on the app. It’s very streamlined and easy for users and applicants. We love the flow and how effective it is and how much time and money it saves us.

I meet someone recently that uses this app and says it works great. I have downloaded it but it will not allow me to register/sign in. Can anyone be of any assistance?
App won’t load
Fix this app. The app won’t even load when clicking on it. What’s the point in having an app to monitor new applicants for positions if the app won’t work. Fix this!

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and at first everything was great. However the last few weeks every time i open the app it crashes. I have to delete the app and re download it almost every day. I’ve tried updating my phone but nothings working. It’s a massive inconvenience for the hiring process.

App is crashing everyday
Why? Fix it.
App doesn’t open. Unless.
App doesn’t not load and kicks you out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as the company says to do to resolve the problem. Still no avail. Really hope they get it figured out. This app is very useful when it works. 8/10 times it does not want to open and boots you out trying to load.

Frustrating
I haven’t been able to actually open the app for a few weeks. It instantly crashes even after uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times.

App keeps crashing would love to use it on my phone but no matter how many times I uninstall it and download it again it keeps happening.

Yall need to fix the crashing problem this was never an issue and now it is. I have updated my phone and make sure it and the app are up to date. And every other time I open it I have to delete and reinstall this is so annoying.

It won’t let me report the issue so how about a nice little review. The app keeps crashing. And all of my software is updated. I keep having to delete the app and re downloading it. Not great as I have to use this app for work. Hopefully this gets fixed so companies don’t decide to go someplace else.

App Crashing
My company has been using this service/app for almost 6 months. I can speak for us all we love it! It’s very convenient & makes it so we can hire more than ever before. Also helps with scheduling interviews as most of the time we are extremely busy doing other task. I would give this app 5 start but recently the app only crashes. I have deleted & reinstalled multiple times unfortunately it’s the same outcome, It is unusable which is veryyy disappointing. Please fix this problem ASAP.
