Not Utilitarian
The sucky thing about this app is that you can’t upload documents directly. You have to print them to take a picture to upload. This is as huge annoyance and completely unnecessary. Needs to be fixed.
Works well
After calling my service provider (customer service seem stressed out) and setting my account online, 3 different calls. I was able to sign in and finally see my account for the first time. I’m not sure why logging company information does not show when cards are mailed, I was able to use the website, update my profile and find proper application for my phone.

Please fix
Upon login, it’s forcing a new password. However, it won’t let me select anything from that screen. I can’t access my account.
Never Works
This app is horrible. It rarely works correctly. This time it is asking me to change my password, but it is frozen on the page that allows me to actually change the password. Please fix this.
Needs an update
This app needs to be updated to work with the new ISO 11.2. Since I updated my phone the app no longer works.
What a nightmare
This app is ALWAYS freezing and a complete nightmare. I think I’ve only been able to get it to work one time, every single other time I try to use it to submit a claim or receipt it freezes or proceeds to kick me out completely. I wish their customer service center would have a live person to speak to about this because it’s not just a crappy App, the EBS customer service is also useless.

FSA perfect app
I just downloaded and immediate I got my FSA information (available balance, my contributions year to date, etc). Very handy app to keep track of my FSA's most relevant information. Be nice for it to have a finger print log-in at some point...
Fails miserably with ios8
Log in and presented with blank white page with only option of "disagree". Presumably this is a T&C page, but can't get past it. Fail.
App crashes before login
The app crashes before login. Definitely needs to be fixed!
Message box doesn't work
Every time I try and open a message in the message box it just say loading info. Never opens. App does not do all that was promised. Needs work!!!!
