Lots of bugs and crashes
historically, a very poor app. Lots of bugs and crashes, inability to reach certain information, inability to send messages when trying to submit a request. Very frustrated every time i use it.
Awful
The app doesn’t work majority of the time, even after the updates. They also don’t approve 99% of the submitted claims. I’ve tried to resubmit reveipts multiple times and each time, you get a different reason stating they need the date or provider name when it’s literally right there on the receipt??

Worst App Ever
There are so many functions that do not work correctly. I can’t even send a support request. Error. Error, Error. The worst!
Frustrating!
Constantly getting declined for legit reimbursements! It’s my money! Why are you making it so hard to earn back?!
Version 5.3.0 stinks
When you request reimbursements, the new version (5.3.0), does not allow Health type service and requires searching of service to see if it’s reimbursable but there’s a glitch when I use my device (iPhone 16, iOS Version 26.2). This app was never an issue before when submitted reimbursements.
