Not worth it!
Don’t take jobs for NAPA, if your on the app. 8hr workday cut into 4 hrs. Most NAPA stores that are scheduled are 50min+ commute. The Arlington location is the only one worth working.

This is not an incompetent company. I’ve had multiple payments withheld because a bank account was supposed to be switched, but nobody helped me do it on my end. I had no availability to change my bank account, and I reached out three days in advance to get paid on my next payment. Instead of making it right, they decided to say, “Hey, there’s nothing we can do.” They blamed it on their partner, saying they couldn’t do anything about it. They’re partnered with another company, blah blah blah.

Terrible app
The customer SERVICE is relentless and also just not organized and having o go thru another app to register for clocking and out hours while also being if told by the manager at the time that it was DISORGANIZED and they were as confused as I WAS. This app is TOTALLY outdated. MOVE ON FOLKS.

Workers Beware
Don’t work for this company unless you a need a way to kill time. I worked 3 assignments weeks ago and have never gotten 1 penny!! Every time I email support for assistance I have to resubmit timesheets and answer 1 million questions. Please help me make this make sense.

Why does it say no hair extensions on every job? In all honesty it doesn’t make since.
Misleading Earnings Promises
You sign up for a shift that earns $X you show up, then earn about half. Clients have guarantees they DO NOT intend on paying workers by cutting opportunities once you’re 1 trip short of the bonus. They recently got sued too, 1099 related
Worst app ever
I used to love working on this app when I was in Denver, respectful employers. Ever since I moved to Dallas now you have supervisors on a power trip treating people with disrespect and disregard and the app let them get their way. The employers can get you banned for any reason but they can still post shifts on the app no matter how many people complain about their poor management. Worst app ever

Payment
So I’ve been waiting a week to get paid. There’s nobody you can talk yo. And it look like now they’re just ignoring my messages.
No longer offer support in app
Recent updates have made it more and more difficult to contact support in app, most recently their latest update has made it so you’re unable to contact support in app entirely
Great company
I’ve work with company off and on for about 3yrs. Every job I was ever sent on was well ran and professional. When it was time to “Cash out” my funds were Never an issue. Very cool side hustle job for good money
Don’t do W2 jobs
From my experience the w2 jobs don’t pay when they say they will. Only do the next day pay jobs.

Not instant pay
This app is good for temp jobs but not really they send you anywhere very far out even after you put in the filters.. then after you go do a shift it takes 24hrs to give you your money even tho the manager approved the shift the minute you walked out! So now you’re waiting for money to become available like it’s a real job and it’s not! Temp services shouldn’t especially apps should offer instant pay! This is trash app for that reason alone now if I did need the money I’m waiting all day for it

Ridiculous
5 times I’ve had to do a background check FIVE!!!!! And 3 times submit documents and information for my profile and the.n, once everything is submitted I selected my first shift only to be told to submit another background check and submit a photo of my ssn card on a sketch site! That was the last straw. Deleted the profile altogether!!
