The platform really went downhill this past couple of months. Be prepared to wait weeks before you get any response between each time you ask for help.

They will ask for a background once a job is finally available which takes time and made me lose my chance at a job I needed. Thanks.

App has lots of bugs. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Mass cancellations. Hard to speak to an actual person for help. Out of touch with clients and workers. Long droughts in work also work far out of range

At first I was given jobs but then when I completed w2 requirements I was no longer offered shifts.
Whole month no pay
It’s been a whole month and I have not been paid. Numerous staff regurgitate the same response, and claim matter has been escalated. What kind of company shows no enthusiasm to resolve a payroll issue.

This app will offer you a job or two for a while was able to work with a company for cars for a while talked with the manager about wanting to become permanent she walked me through the steps just to ghost me and cut my pay

Update: Reps came in to save the day via email
App says I’m supposed to contact customer support for a requirement but there is no way to submit new ticket to contact them. The feature was removed. I could initially contact them but now I can’t create new ticket
Update: Need to update the phone number registered with this app but no customer service is available. Can’t input my payment info without the correct phone number.
Update: Customer service via email was very helpful. Got the situations sorted out. Got jobs, completed them, and am getting paid. It would be helpful if there were more job options/openings

Very disappointing app
I tried to schedule work two separate times, the first I scheduled myself, went to Corvallis to work a Beavers game, there were nobody there that even knew about this company, so strike 1, then I got a permanent job, and had to cancel a shift and now it looks like I have been completely removed. These apps seem like a good idea, but seems and is are different.

Very racist & quite discriminatory. FULL OF HATRED
I have submitted my request very politely to have them update my phone number so that I can take jobs where I am required to use my phone number to get a hold of the manager. These people at WorkWhile have ignored my request for over a month and they can care less. Totally shameful knowing that a company which headquarters is based in CA is this racist, discriminatory and full of hatred. This sounds more like a company based in Texas or any other red state. I do not recommend it whatsoever. Lack of professionalism, people with tons of restrictions which behaviors confirm why they have been banned from getting a regular job. Simply very toxic unprofessional work environments where managers lack of techniques to actually create a positive, healthy and professional work environment. NOT WORTHY.

Pay delays
Jobs are often horrible , and they will not pay you same day , support is slow and job cancellation standards are unreasonable. Of course like any job holding up your end while the play around in theirs . Was supposed to be paid three days ago yall. And they don’t pay out on weekends .

Deceiving sign up
I signed up and I saw no jobs but the app made it seem like if I entered w2 info that it would present me with jobs. It did not. I don’t want to have to file taxes for a job I never worked.
