Hey guys, just want to start by appreciate this app and all your work into grow it and maintain it regularly.
Just one quick point to mention : do you intend of having a temp download option for the online videos? Sometimes, especially abroad, the internet connection makes the online videos not so easy to load and watch , so an offline version for these would be highly appreciated.

Lack of accessibility and support
You lost access to to your corporate or personal email that you initially created your member account with? Too bad. Now you have no way of changing your password or use your phone number for another account cause it will be linked to your former email address forever. No way of calling support exists at the moment.

Reminders no longer sent on time
Ever since the maintenance done a weeek ago, the reminders for classes are being sent later, for me about six hours later, which is why i am no longer able to get a spot at any of the classes, this is not ok.
Even if I have internet connection it says I don’t have internet
Full of bugs! Difficult to use! Counterintuitive! I can get a bank loan easier than activating a voucher on the app
