App is very slow and keeps de logging every other week.

Hey guys, just want to start by appreciate this app and all your work into grow it and maintain it regularly.
Just one quick point to mention : do you intend of having a temp download option for the online videos? Sometimes, especially abroad, the internet connection makes the online videos not so easy to load and watch , so an offline version for these would be highly appreciated.

Lack of accessibility and support
You lost access to to your corporate or personal email that you initially created your member account with? Too bad. Now you have no way of changing your password or use your phone number for another account cause it will be linked to your former email address forever. No way of calling support exists at the moment.

Reminders no longer sent on time
Ever since the maintenance done a weeek ago, the reminders for classes are being sent later, for me about six hours later, which is why i am no longer able to get a spot at any of the classes, this is not ok.
Even if I have internet connection it says I don’t have internet
Full of bugs! Difficult to use! Counterintuitive! I can get a bank loan easier than activating a voucher on the app
Poor quality of this app
I am very disappointed with this app. To be able to register for classes, I have to use it; otherwise, I would avoid using it. Since I started using the app, it got stuck/frozen countless times, and I had to delete and reinstall it. Just like I had to do yesterday when I wanted to register for the C-Core class today, I had to do it now to double-check what time I have the following class tomorrow morning. WorldClass, as a national/ international gym chain, how expensive can it be to fix the app that your customers have to use to access many of the services they are paying for?

Cancel class notifications
The reminder for the class notification is received after the period for cancellation passes. E.g. I received the notification at 16:04 and the valid period for cancellation was before 16:00
Worst app
The app is extremely disappointing and frustrating to use. It's very laggy, making it nearly impossible to use without constant delays. To make matters worse, it frequently logs you out, forcing you to log in again, only to treat you as if you're a new user every single time.
Additionally, it lacks essential services within the app, such as the PERSONAL TRAINING Group, which you are forced to purchase at the reception desk. And the most aggravating part? You can't use your cash back for these in-person purchases because it's only applicable to services bought through the app.
Also cash back money do expire in 6 months, do you think they will notice you before they expire? Not a chance.
It's a complete waste of time and money.

Buggy notifications
Whenever a notification shows up that bookings for a class are open, tapping on it opens the application in a white screen, with no option to navigate through the app. Basically it’s crashed and you have to close and reopen the app to be able to make the reservation for the class you got the notification for. Please fix this.

Crashes all the time
iOS user. App crashes all the time and I need to delete it and re-install it several times a day.
Worse app ever !
When you are in a rush and try to check for any available classes 95% of the time you need to log back in. It is time consuming and frustrating. Better delete the app !

Cei de la receptie au comfirmat ca nu au copiat la scoala si nu au putut sa copieze numele de la buletin.
In aplicatie din varii mitive eu nu am voie sa corectez, fain nu. Tu te numesti FJDJRHD. , ca asa s-a gresit… cei de la receptie nu au in gand sa schimbe, lor nube niciburgent, nici pasator dar in app nu poti face tu!

Aplicatia zice ca abonamentul e invalid si obsa fie valid de la 2 Iunie, sper ca nu au trecut 2024 cei de la receptie…
Ah, si utilitatea acestui app este: sa colectezi puncte de penalizare… dar altceva???
Pai, eu tocmai sun un mobile developer, tocmai am facut un app a unui client mic, o persoana fizica autorizata, si are si colectate puncte cu care poti achizitiona abonamentul, are si planuribde exercitii.
Asta e un app doar sa ma enerveze si sa fie bifat ca exista. Nimic util, o colectie de bug-uri, nici design profesional. Oare e fost facut de un student ca tema de acasa???

Getting blocked very frequently on IOS

Bugs on iOS
Hi! I have the app on an iOS device. Whenever I enter to app, I have an error message “ERROR! HttpErrorResponse FOR ENDPOINT “. Sometimes it disappears, sometimes not and I cannot use the app. Since about 3 days ago, the error disappears, but another icon shows up, a loading icon, and the app is loading forever. Whenever I need a reservation I have to go to a computer because the app is not working. Please do something. Thank you.

App stopped working
I haven’t had big issues with the app so far( even though it was disconnecting me from time to time) but now it just does not work at all. It shows a white blank screen. Tried reinstalling but does not seem to work.
Very difficult connection on IOS
Frequently it has low connection on IOS. When I enter the app it remains blocked even after restarting it many times. What fo do? It’s very inconvenient.
Fix the app!
Cannot book classes from the app, due to some error that keeps popping and logging in into your website it’s impossible, as it’s not loading after entering my credentials.

iOS data issues
Same issue as 3 year old comments...on iOS i get HttpErrorReport pop-ups when logging in, as if I don't have a network... regardless if I'm on wifi or data.
Unusable
The app is full of bugs and cannot even be used. When it opens it already has a Http response error and it just load continously. No way to actually register a class reservation. Very bad experience.
