Favorites still not working
Have had the app through a few iterations. Sad to see the add to favorites for listings still not working. Just resorted to saving screenshots when shopping contracts holding to find them again.
Constant connection problems
I constantly have connection problems with this app. 2 times out of 3, I get an error message that it has a connection problem and can’t access any feature. It’s unusable. The website works better, it’s a shame. "Mirror mirror on the wall", who is the buggiest of them all?
Great App!
The DVC Market app has many great features making the app very easy to navigate. Knowing how much my contracts are worth I found very nice and useful. Will be using again!
Requires an account and my phone number??
I've uninstalled the app since the new update requires an account for browsing what's available freely on the website. It shouldn't be gated here.
This also requires providing my phone number. I shouldn't need to give my number out just to see the app.
This is against App Store guidelines in my opinion and so I have no idea how this passed app review.
5.1.1 (v) "Account Sign-In: If your app doesn’t include significant account-based features, let people use it without a login."
Regardless, even if this is *permitted*, the app privacy label currently appears to lie and indicates no data is collected whatsoever. However, the get started page demands name, email, and phone number as required to view anything in the app along with agreeing to privacy terms.
The privacy terms linked for this app listing to the website state that just about every bit of information possible to get is collected including a "Unique Identifier". Not transparently including anything in the App Store listing is VERY DISHONEST.
This may update later, but it's not the case now. Maybe it was forgotten.
I'm here to browse, price compare, and consider what's best for myself and my family. If these are the app's practices, these are the business practices. I'm not doing business with companies like this.
Don't add friction.
Don't hide behavior.
Rethink the app.

We’re hard at work improving the app, and we’ve made adjustments in 8.3.0 that’ll allow users to access parts of our app that don’t rely on accounts, such as viewing all listings.
