Yes, there's a talent tree. Defeating notes earns experience and talent points you can spend to sharpen your character and experiment with builds. And your notes rank up as well: beat one and it comes back stronger, with more health, new attacks, and higher difficulty. Or just take notes.
On a deadline? Not in the mood? Turn combat off anytime and World of Work becomes a pure, calm, visual note-taking canvas.
