This is great except for one great thing

Ok I want to love this app but I wish for the location it could be like other apps were you put letters in instead of the scroll thing because it just slows you down when you are being bombarded by a million people (which is good if you can do things quickly)

The Best!

By far the best log tracking app. Amazing UX and looks so much better than something like QRZ. Great support from the developers when one of my contacts wasn’t showing up on the map. Definitely the way to if your looking to be apart of the ham radio community

Great SOT log book

While I don’t always use this for my portable ops, this is my main logbook. The devs are super response and actively developing and it feels like a modern tool. Love the features and looking forward to more.

Finally a HAM RADIO LOGGER built for the times!

I have been a ham for 5 years, and World Radio League is not stuck in the past like most other logging systems. It is so much more than just another ham radio logger.

Finally, somebody is building a platform that feels modern, clean, fast, and actually designed around how operators work today instead of how they worked 25 years ago. The app is simple to use, portable-friendly, visually clean, and does not feel like old software barely hanging on.

What I like most is that WRL keeps evolving. It feels alive instead of abandoned. Most ham radio logging software looks and feels outdated, overcomplicated, and disconnected from newer operators and modern devices. WRL is moving forward.

This is one of the first platforms I have used in amateur radio that genuinely feels built for the future instead of the past.

Best app for amateur radio operators

It is sleek and modern. Great logging capabilities, the developers are responsive and it makes radiosports accessible to everyone by making spotting easier. I can see how this will bring in more people into the hobby, which is great.

Intuitive and extremely useful!

I started using this to log after switching from Hamrspro to it and has enhanced my experience hunting and activating POTA! I activated quite often and have had do much fun using it. On top of that the developers actually listen to thier users, they have live stream sessions going of the features. They run a discord server to stay connected and build community. Hats off to these guys and gal! 73, N4CRP. Howard!

Really now!

In the middle of a POTA got immediate update required. Then after update. When I open app get update required which takes me to app and open screen. Tried restarting everything including phone and same result.

POTA

I initially liked this app and successfully used it three times. However, today after a POTA I have been unable to upload the log or save it. This app, even though it is very easy to use with the keyboard showing both numbers and letters, if it doesn’t let you upload or save the log, you’ve got an app that just waste your time. I’m done with it and as soon as I finish this review, I’m removing it from my iPad, which is in fact completely up-to-date. Do not write me a response since I am absolutely going to delete the app.

Hi KC4X - our team has responded to you over email, it seems like this was just a configuration issue. The app automatically syncs all your contacts to the cloud, and you can manage and export them from the mobile app or the web app. However, you need to wait for your contacts to sync to the online database before doing an export. We recommend logging in to the online portal to make it very easy to manage and export your contacts. Everything is working properly, and we hope we can earn back your 5 star review. Our team is here to support anytime!

This is a fantastic logging app with incredible support and never ending developer improvements. These guys are super responsive and almost beg for bug reports so they can continuously improve. The future of ham radio logging is here indeed.

Great app but missing a feature I am still waiting for

I signed up for this when I was at Dayton 2025. I really like the look & feel. But I never realized at the time it was missing an option - QSL Received and Sent fields. I’m not talking about signal reports, I’m talking about being able to track that I sent a physical QSL Card or received a physical card. I love having the cards in hand, call me old fashioned. This logger is top notch, and likely I’ll keep supporting it for a while unless the feature never gets implemented.

Great app for POTA, spotting and cross platform logging

Works amazing on iOS and windows browsers and I have been able to upload any logs I have. Keep up the great work!

Love it, but...

I love the interface, there's so much good going on here. But... I've had multiple times where it drops contacts from my logs. Yesterday when I closed my log with 29 contacts, it showed only 2 and then when I opened the log again there were none. Luckily I had wifi and my phone had downloaded the full log (minus one). Bottom line, as much as I love the software, I can't trust it to not just dump my logs. (I probably should have worded that different!). Developer focus needs to be 100% on reliably storing log information, without that none of the rest of it matters.
