Crashes
How convenient for them that the app crashes every time I try to delete my account. Also cannot find a way to stop paying monthly dues.

I’ve been critical of the app in the past. It’s much better but why is the displayed schedule so messy. Please show the daily schedule as per the BBC ie

19:00, which matches, latest score
This should be available for the whole tournament. All nice and simple and what people want to refer to.

Casting fails after update.
Since the update, when trying to cast from my IPhone to another device visible in the selection list, the cast begins but immediately fails with only the cast icon on the screen. The status on my IPhone is “no media selected”. Two emails to support have yet to be acknowledged by WST. Very Disappointing support.

iPhone Only?
Horrible to watch on iPad, not sure why it can’t be made full screen for iPad. Easier to use Chrome to be honest
Not Designed For iPads
The resolution of the app has not been optimised for iPads. It opens in portrait mode in the middle of the screen and there is no way to maximise it to full screen - and watching a match on WST play is akin to streaming video on a tiny widget on the screen. Very annoying for an otherwise well designed app from a content standpoint.

Bad update
The app 👍🏻 is very much needed but the new update made the casting experience worse than before
Unreliable
If it worked fully without bugs it would be a great app. Issues with reporting the frame scores for live matches.
Nice app but the cast feature isn’t working
The app works nice and smooth. Please look into the cast feature. I am able to cast youtube from my iphone to my android tv. But the cast on this app doesn’t work.
Good app but quite a few bugs
The app is so much needed to be able to follow and watch snooker. But I’m never able to log in because on the log in page it says enter a valid password. I’m able to log in with the same credentials on the website. So it’s just an app issue.

Don’t know why they can’t get the video to orientate itself more reliably on this app?

If you have any problems the customer support is very slow. I can’t logon with my phone and still haven’t received any help!!

Okay app but the layout could be better and there is no dynamic type support. Font size is very small in lots of areas of app, When you click a news story etc The font does not change size.

For the life of me I can’t find completed match results. The news headline gives a clue but you’d think a results page would be an obvious screen to have.

iPad and Apple TV app needed!
Why is this app only for iPhone? I subscribed to watch the world championship live feed. But I don’t want to watch a snooker match on a tiny screen!?!? Why is this not available on Apple TV or at least an iPad! I won’t be renewing my subscription.
Is it illegal?
At the time of this application review there is an article on the app titled “Fans Could Pocket £25K With Midnight Maximum”. This article contains a link to a betting and casino website called Midnite. The applications age use is 4+ which exposes children to gambling and gambling advertisements. World Snooker Tour, it is so sad. Great sport, but an association over the years with cigarette and more recently gambling sponsorship.

No live play
This sports managers have to be to the worst financial and promoting sports in the entire world. You can’t watch snooker anywhere in North America. What a joke of a sport.
