Updated App is a Dude
Updated either 2024 or 2023 and not for the better. I used to refer to the previous app for live tournament info and link thru to calendar on ITF website. So was content with using it for ITF level tennis.
However, I no longer use their app for anything. I don’t like the format, usability, and functionality. I just tried getting today’s final match schedule for a Women’s ITF 100k yet the app’s order of play says there is no scheduled matches for today. So I went to the ITF website which displayed the times for both the doubles and single’s final match times today.
I gave the app time to perhaps work out the kinks and glitches but it’s over a year and this updated app non functioning issues continues. I’m deleting this app but will check back next year for improvements. Until then, I will reference ITF website.

One-stop shop
Great that you can follow live scores and watch live streams of the World Tennis Tour all in one place. The new design is so much better than before. Well done!
Frustrated
This app last year worked great. Scores came in live and on time as well as live stream. This year I click on match and it’s not the same score as what is listed in tournament page which means it’s not updating at all. When live stream is an option and i click it, the live stream then isn’t available. App is awful? How can this be when last year it was fine. ITF has been around for a long time and can’t seem to get this right. By now this is embarrassing for them.

No excuse for a sports app to be this poor.
Can’t be any worse than it is
This is surely the worst app known to man. Tournaments show no matches currently, when clearly there are matches being played. I can’t even find a player by name, and they surely do exist. It is an embarrassment that something this bad can be produced.
Slow, unresponsive and terrible to navigate
This app makes it next to impossible to actually enjoy following the sport. The app crashes, resets views on draws. Takes forever to load views. Shows loading spinning circles on views.

Needs fixing
Draws don’t display correctly, pages freeze all the time. Stop trying too change the interface and design all the time and just get the core information too display correctly. Just look at the ATP app which works well and is easy to use!
Previous one sucked and this is 10x worse than that

Very poor
Awful! Many matches don’t show the correct live stream, the scores don’t update. There is less information during the match than before. Many of the links are wrong. The ITF are aware of the problems but it’s very frustrating and unreliable. It was better before the update.

Previous version was so much better, even though was no good. This new one doesn’t work at all.

Why’d you make your website even more complicated? Old version was simpler and easy to use. If its not broke, don’t fix it. Zero stars

This new update looks much better and is easy to use. Really enjoy it!
Hopeless
A few weeks ago this app stopped working. There no live scores or live streams. Please get it fixed

Updated app good and bad
The good is it works well and provide ITF level match score and other information for live matches. However, not a big fan of the format to the other match and player information. Previous app was easier to get to players drawsheet and tournament info. But it’s available if you start clicking to learn where this and more information offered. I find I’m using the updated app less often though and instead go to ITF website on my cell phone. The app isn’t just for live scoring and should be formatted for easy access to the ITF tournament info.

Needs some work
Literally one of the worst sports apps I deal with. Constantly crashes during live events. I have to re-install it practically every time I use it.

Nouveau design sympa, ne plante pas pour le moment ( a voir par la suite). Mais gros problème : où sont passées les infos tels que Order of play, les tableaux, les resultats d’ensemble (pas au jour le jour) ???

Terrible
Can’t check players profiles from app, can’t check draw from app, doubles head to head doesn’t work, have to close down app half the time to get it to work again. Honestly each time the app has had an update, it has gotten worse.
Plantages systématiques
Je ne comprends pas comment une appli comme ça peut être autorisée sur l’AppStore. Elle plante 100% du temps dès que l’on appuie sur un bouton pour voir autre chose que la page d’accueil.
Trop de bugs
L’appli crash sans cesse … c’est vraiment insupportable
