An earlier version was showing modern borders on some historical years, and that specific problem — 1914 included — has now been fixed in the latest update, so the map reflects the actual period. World history is vast, and on an independent, one-person project a few things are going to slip through even with careful checking. My commitment is simple: keep hunting down errors and correcting them as fast as I can. That is also why the app is free right now — it did not feel right to charge full price until the majority of these issues are ironed out.
