Total scam beware
Totally useless app post as a scam by a scam, artist and supported by Apple unfortunately. They start you to download the app for a trial for a few days and then you would not most likely be able to do anything with it because it’s totally useless. It doesn’t work before you even manage to create an account to figure out what it is, they’re already slammed you with $45.99. This is a fraud, and unfortunately, Apple has become part of it. Apple should not be blocking your account when you get scanned by these artists. But they do.

Buggy with NO support
Great idea of an app but really buggy, slow, doesnt always take the messages and support is non existent
Worked great until it didn’t
I’ve had this app for 10 months and it worked great: timely notifications of voicemails with great transcription. Out of the blue, it started taking days for voicemails to show up, notifications stopped, transcription stopped, copies of voicemails to my email stopped. I’ve reached out to Norwood support email twice, no response. No support number to call. Very disappointing.

Scams!
The worst app ever, false advertising, honestly i am so disappointed, the app doesn’t do what it advertised, and it says a ‘free’ 7 days trail then charge, but as soon as you click on the free trail it takes money out of your bank instantly, what a scam
Wish I could give it no stars
This review is in no way a reflection on how well this app works. I’m sure it works great. What’s annoying is that it doesn’t tell you that you have to pay for it to work until AFTER you have made an account. So it’s a strong no for me.
Doesn’t work
I lost my voicemail with Apple and i downloaded this to get my messages and it won’t even allow me to register

You have to pay and now I can't find how to remove my data from there servers
Prepaid plans
It doesn’t work on prepaid plans, it doesn’t say it anywhere in the description. I didn’t find this out until AFTER I had downloaded it and put in my number. Disappointing.

So glad i downloaded this app! Stupid got rid of my voicemail for some reason so I had no way of getting any voicemails. I hate I have to pay for something that should be free, however it is a feature I need so it is what it is. It works and that’s what matters.
Does not work
Takes my money and does not register I am a paying subscriber. Needs an update. Last update was a year ago.
Stopped working after 8 months
