You can search your past moments or filter them by stone, and see which stone you reach for most. Nothing is scored or shamed. Daily reminder — an optional, gentle nudge once a day to take a quiet minute with your stone. Pick the time that suits you. It is a local notification scheduled on your device; nothing is sent from anywhere. Backup and restore — gather everything Worry Stone keeps on your phone — your sessions, your captured moments, gifted stones, and your settings — into one small file. AirDrop it to a new phone or keep it in Files, then restore it whenever you like. It is plain, readable data that you choose to share. As always, nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.
