Photograph Function Does Not Work
The search-by-photo option does not show up anywhere.

Not for New Users
App does not give you an option to create an account. You can continue as a guest to a certain point or you can login to an existing account. If you continue as a guest, you will eventually need to login to an existing account. However, at no time is there an option to create the login. Maybe you need to click “Forgot Password” to create a new account, but that is not clearly communicated in the app. If you cannot create an account in the app, the app is pretty much worthless.
