Works much better now!
I have been using this app for a while now and in the past, there has been many issues. As of late, I have been having a lot of success with getting issues resolved, such as blocking my driveway and blocking fire hydrants. If you were going to use this app for the above issues, you just have to make sure that the department for parking enforcement is open at the time. Otherwise you’d have to call the after hours non emergency line for the police. But I have been pleased thus far. Thank you JC police!

Waste of time
15 mins and there is no update. Someone blocked the fire hydrant parking their car , I reported and nothing happened so far
app stinks
tells you to request a validation code to use the app, but when you get the code and press the "next" icon to enter it, it just sends you another code!

App is not working properly.. I call and no ticket are handle out - they come and leave without checking out the problem
Barely Works
So the app works sometimes. I’ve reported people for illegal parking and I’ve seen them get tickets from this app. But the app is very buggy and sometimes you have to submit the same ticket multiple times for it to go through and you don’t get a notification that an officer responded.
Doesn’t even load
I can’t even get past the phone verification page. I tap “Next” it sends the code to my phone and then just stays on the same page. I tap “Next” again and it just sends another code and repeats the cycle. This app is terrible.
App Working
It’s been several months now this app stopped working. You get a validation code and it just doesn’t move forward to access the main dashboard.
No tech help
The app doesn’t work. You need to validate your phone number, but there’s no place to put the code in to validate it. And none of the email addresses actually work.

Can’t get past enter phone number screen
Title says it all, can’t get to screen where I can enter confirmation number so I can’t use the app. I’d use a different app but the city I live in uses only this one (for parking enforcement)
Broken
This app used to work and was useful. I tried to use it today, but it gets stuck on the point where it requests a validation code. I do receive the validation code, but I cannot move to the screen where I would enter this validation code. I cannot use the app
No Longer Works
App hasn’t worked in over a year. It asks your number, allows you to submit it, sends you a confirmation code, then there is nowhere to enter it. Completely useless.
Can’t log in
The first step is to text a code via two factor authentication. They send the code, then there’s no next screen to enter the code. You literally can never log in.
Unusable
The first step of the app is putting in my phone number to receive a verification code. I am able to do that and receive the code, but there is no place to put the code. Pressing “next” (presumably to load another screen and put the code in) just keeps sending new codes. This app is completely unusable. My guess is they are not doing any bug patches or updates to it.

Poor platform, so many errors!
I’ve had so many errors trying to submit a request through a violation and always getting “error 504“ telling me to try again later. So I deleted the app restarted my phone and then re-downloaded it. Now I can’t verify my phone with the app overall, the app is very poor quality and there’s no customer service to remedy the problem.

Please fix the text OTP
On the login flow, if you type in your phone number and request a text on iOS 18.5, you get the text, but no place appears to type in the code from the text. I imagine JC is paying for every text message but getting no value - please fix

Parking Enforcement Needs to Give Up on This
This app works at best 50% of the time. Parking enforcement needs to give up and use SeeClickFix like the rest of the city government.
Does not work
Can’t get past the request validation code screen. I get a code nothing happens. I can’t enter the code to move forward. It’s been like this for weeks/months

This is the absolute WORST app I’ve ever tried to use. Always down. Can’t validate my number so I can’t get in. It’s embarrassing this is even available as an app.
